Dear Sophie, thank you for your feedback! It was really lovely to have you around: I appreciate your sincerity and understand that for a one week stay you had some further desires that normally short time guests don't have. I just want to clarify some points:
1. during the days of your stay the wi fi had a problem, but now it has been fixed. The line now is strong: I'm sorry for the inconvenient while you were there, I called immediately the assistance but it took quite a while for them to take care of it.
2. Concerning the kitchen, the fact that the gas is not available is well and clearly explained and communicated in the main description of all my announcements, to avoid any wrong expectation and surprise for my guests. The large majority of my guests stay just 2 days and I prefer to keep the common space free from dirt, noise and smells that can come from cooking, also to avoid that one room's guests might have dinner in the house while the others are obliged to go out because of limited space (since the kitchen is a common area).
3. The washing and the drying machines are an extra service, cause those machines are the ones that we use to do the laundries of towels and bedsheets for all the rooms: we don't allow our guests to use them by themselves because this could interfere with our daily laundries and we cannot afford those machines to be damaged or misused. So we personally take care of washing, drying and folding our guests' laundries, when they ask for it. That's the reason for the fee.
