Rated 10 out of 10 by the Land for Wildlife Conservation authority, your backyard has an abundance of Australia’s unique flora and fauna. A Summer creek runs through the property, kangaroos, wallabies, kookaburras, wild ducks, and possums live in the surrounding forest so don’t be surprised if you get the od visitor or two. Large flocks of white cockatoos also call Bonogin home, and the sanctuary for the endangered Black Cockatoo is located just 900 meters from the front entrance.


The Home.
A spacious country home, featuring marble and timber floors throughout, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, a formal lounge and a family room lounge/dining area off the kitchen. There’s a dedicated theatre room with a 110 inch screen, the latest HD projector and a surround sound system. The DVD library of over 1000 movies, is at your disposal as is Netflix, Foxtel and Apple TV. The house has Wi-fi throughout and HTML devices as well as memory sticks can be utilised through the theatre system.

Water.
The property harvests fresh rain water, the tanks have a holding capacity of 45,000 litres.

The house is set back 190mtrs from the road with a buffer of trees in between, the privacy factor is excellent and your closest neighbour is hundreds of meters away.

The Neighbourhood
Bonogin Valley is fast becoming one of the Gold Coasts most sought after rural residential areas. Just 9 minutes to the M1, 10 minutes to Robina Town Centre, one of Queensland’s largest retails shopping complexes and just 15klms to Burleigh Heads Beach, Bonogin Valley is easily one of the best located acreage estates in South East Queensland.

Positioned near the end of Bonogin road, the 28 or so 7 ½ acre properties are surrounded by National Park and pristine Australian bushland, producing the cleanest, freshest air 24/7.

The locally owned grocery store and café, GrowCa, is located just 900 mtrs down the road and offers a variety of products from basic household essentials through to fine food, delicious organic pizzas, coffee, cakes and drinks. A small local farmers market is held at GrowCa every Sunday morning.

Just 9 minutes to the M1, 10 minutes to Robina Town Centre, one of Queensland’s largest retails shopping complexes and just 15klms to Burleigh Heads Beach. Bonogin Valley is easily one of the best located acreage estates in South East Queensland. The M1 is Australia's main hwy, turn left to Brisbane (50 minutes drive) turn right for Byron Bay 93 klms). There is no public transport, taxis and uberX can be utilised, however a car is highly recommended.

If you like getting back to nature, this is the property for you. Your backyard is a fresh air factory with an abundance of trees, ferns, and Australian animals, birds and wildlife. There is a horse riding school in the next street if you fancy a horse ride. There is also an abundance of bush walking trails within walking distance from the property.

The floors are marble which is naturally pouris, we simply ask that should any liquids be spilled (especially red wine) that it is immediately cleaned to avoid permanent staining of the tiles. Our second rule is: Have a great time!
