Located on the very popular West End of Panama City Beach, known also as 30A East. Our home sits just 50 steps from the worlds most beautiful beaches! Min stay is 4 nights mid Aug through February and 6 nights March through mid Aug. Any discounted rates are already reflected in the posted rates. This is for the full 9 bedroom house, but if you are interested in renting either the 2 bedroom lockout or the 7 bedroom top floors separately, please check availability on the listings for those units.
Offering the best of all worlds, just to the west is well-known 30A and the beautiful beaches of South Walton. If the beach is why you came, you won't be disappointed. If walking 30 steps to the access boardwalk is your idea of a perfect beach spot, then this is the place you want to be! Our property has not just one but two public beach access points (89 and 90) literally across the street. There are no high rise condos or hotels on this stretch, no commercial traffic and limited public parking so you will have the beach practically all to yourself! Dedicated bike/walking path as well as the Bay Trolley run along Front Beach Rd steps from the house.
Need to shop for supplies, grab some cash from the ATM, get a mani-pedi, enjoy dining with gators...All of that and more is available just 1 mile to the west of us making your stay a vehicle optional if you wish to park it and leave it. Just down the block is a fantastic locals place called Sunnyside Café offering casual dining or a great place to sip your first cup of morning coffee before you cross the street and get your toes in the sand.
Just 2.4 miles to the east, an easy bike ride or scenic walk along dedicated beach if you choose, you will come upon two of the more famous Laguna Beach landmarks. Carousel Supermarket is a not-so-hidden gem offering one stop shopping for locals and guests, high quality groceries, packaged liquor, and the largest wine selection in PCB. Having a craving for something sweet or the best breakfast sandwich along the beach? You will want make a pit stop at Thomas Donut and Snack Shop. Get there early for the best selection and be sure to buy a few extra donuts for later, you will be glad you did!
Famous Pier Park with all of the restaurants, stores, dog-friendly beach and fishing pier are a mere 10 minute drive so there is never a shortage of activities no matter what your group wants to do.
For anyone looking to enjoy all that PCB has to offer but without the crowds, there is no better place to be. We like to call it 30A East because you get all of the benefits of being so close but without the higher prices and all of the action of Pier Park nearby but without the crowds and traffic! It is a perfect little oasis in the heart of it all!

Locks are coded and an access code will be provided prior to check in. A walk through after check out will take place before any damage deposits are refunded.
For College Spring break or High school senior trip groups, there is an Underage Rental Agreement required. Photo ID's must be provided when confirming reservations and match the names listed on the reservation whenever the 25 year old age requirement is in effect. The damage deposit may also be increased on a case by case basis.
Please note that certain items listed as included in the properties such as pool/beach towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries, charcoal, game pieces, etc. are supplied as a courtesy whenever possible but there are no guarantees of quantity/availability since properties are turned in limited time frames between outgoing/incoming guests and we cannot regulate those items between guest stays. If they are there, you are welcomed to use them and if they are important to you, please plan to provide them if need be. Thank you for your understanding. You will be provided a copy of the rental agreement and departure checklist upon requesting a reservation and payment to book will confirm your acceptance of the Rental Agreement terms.
This house is BRAND new and since we live in it half of the year, we would expect all guests to be respectful both of the property itself as well as the neighbors in the immediate area who also live there. The neighborhood is residential, not commercial so if you are a rowdy or loud group, this is not the house for you.

Avid traveler, workaholic, physically active, open-minded, appreciative of life in general. I believe in crossing things off of my bucket list as often as possible, and am not surprised that the list never grows shorter. Too many places, not enough days in a lifetime. I don't like "bought" experiences, I like genuine ones. You can keep 5 star, except if it involves food. Live to eat, not eat to live. Life is what you make of it and no matter what, its never long enough. Stay healthy and do not "wait" for anything you can do today, because you have no control over tomorrow.
