1/1 Duplex set up as a corporate rental in prime location in the Bouldin Neighborhood. Walking distance to Downtown. Quaint, private unit. Fully livable; stocked w all housewares and linens. All bills paid including wireless internet. W/D, yard and carport.

Cute, quaint and private 1/1 duplex in the popular Bouldin Neighborhood. All bills paid (electric, water, gas, trash) including High-speed internet (through Spectrum). Fully furnished and stocked with all linens, dishes, housewares.
Bedroom has a queen size bed, chest-of drawers, walk-in closet w extra linens, vacuum, iron/board, fan, etc.
Kitchen has everything you need to cook a four course meal including spices, oils, condiments, etc. Bathroom has basic essentials. Living room has a TV w DVD player. Desk with basic office supplies.
Closet is stocked w extra linens and iron/board.
Carport and yard area; sit in privacy under back carport or backyard picnic table; can't be in Texas without a BBQ pit!
Walk/bike to Lady Bird Lake and city bus stop two blocks away. Many restaurants on Barton Springs Rd, events at Auditorium shores, Palmer Events Center, Butler and Zilker Park all walking/biking distance. Nice street in residential quiet neighborhood just South of Downtown.
All linens are washed and sanitized with a high end detergents. Unit is professionally cleaned.
Fully livable for extended periods. And an ideal short-term spot! This duplex is completely private and all yours to enjoy. Prefer longer stays: monthly or 3-month stay is best deal (option to go month-to-month after that.)
ACL and SXSW will be blocked out or pay the premium price; 7-night minimum.

The neighbors next door are a very nice young professional couple no kids have a small dog. They maintain their side very well and are quiet and understanding. Bedrooms do not share a wall.
Please be respectful of them and the property. As it is a duplex with a shared wall and common areas.

We encourage recycling as the city has an easy one-step system: put all recyclables in blue bin and set at curb every other Tuesday morning. Trash every Tuesday morning. Please move bins back to carport area.

The house was terrific, exactly as described with good internet, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, reasonably stocked kitchen and a nice patio out back. Holly was a wonderful host who took the time to walk me through the place and point out the amenities and a few quirks of the place. It's only a 10 minute walk to Torchys Tacos and a great coffee shop, and an easy walk to the downtown area. I really enjoyed my stay!

I am a mother of three that enjoys Austin city life. I am very dependable and live close to the corporate suites. I enjoy family time, traveling in the hill country and to the beach and having a nice diner and movie with my husband once a month. I cannot live without good coffee, Mexican food, fresh veggies from our garden and home improvements make me happy.
