I loved everything about my stay! It was my first time in San Pedro and this place couldn't have been iin a better location to enjoy the scenery. Right near the beach, but close enough to town. Caroline was prompt and her penthouse was super clean! Highly suggest a stay here!

Carolines place is a hidden gem! It is literally 300 feet away from the beach and direct access to having a relaxing time in the beach (Caroline offered beach towels which were great). The beach is quite deserted which is excellent for a relaxing and quiet get away. The apartment has an excellent view of the ocean and featured a spacious living room opening with a large TV with Netflix. The room is a bit small and the sheets were a bit rough on the skin but other than that the bed is comfortable and the kitchen allows space for a really quick bite. Great location to relax and get away. Only disturbance were the choir of caged birds that are by the bedroom that chirp on until 10 pm non stop. Besides this, this place was a great stay!

Caroline' place has a wonderful view! I loved the building and the way the apartment was decorated. The parking lot still wasn't finished during my stay and street parking was difficult to find at times, but Caroline has no control over that. It is an older building, so some people may not love the fact that there are bugs sometimes and the kitchen drawers are a bit difficult to open and close. I loved being able to open the front windows and get a breeze, however, there are no screens in the living room windows so I didn't want to leave them open all night and let bugs in.

Great value and location for an apartment! Within walking distance to beach and relatively close to waterfront area. Cabrillo Beach is more of a public park since it's so close to the port, but because of San Pedro's location, you can get to many other beaches within a reasonable driving distance. Overall, I'd recommend it for a nice getaway!

The pictures of the units Caroline represent that I stayed in and saw, are not accurate, and very deceptive. It was very old not maintained kitchen drawers falling out on you , bugs and spiders. I had to bring attention to supplying the unit. Very noisy, but she wants you to be considerate of the other people in the building by being quite, with a written list of things to do posted in the kitchen. I have traveled the world and have never been asked to clean my own place upon checking out. I had to check out early due to work and asked to be compensated for the last week, I was told Airbnb would not allow them to, I have never heard of that. I would never use Airbnb again and would never rent from Caroline again.

Had a relaxing view of the ocean to look out on and felt like I was staying in a foreign country the way the courtyard looked out the window. I would say the pictures were much better than what was expected but it's still a nice place if you have to be in that area.
