Location wise, this was a lovely apartment but I definitely would not be staying here again. The kitchen clearly hadn't been cleared in months. I tried to make a cup of tea but had to spit it out because the SUGAR was out of date. There were dirty dishes in the very smelly dishwasher. The glasses, utensils and plates were dirty and the surfaces were sticky. The balcony was a disgrace and judging from the amount of bird poo out there, it hadn't been cleaned in months either. It was really unclear how to actually get into the basement for the parking. It also should have been clearer which entrance we were supposed to enter for the apartment, it would've saved a lot of time and energy. Overall I was very disappointed and instead of enjoying my time there, I regretted not booking somewhere else instead.

I loved this place! My two friends and I stayed here and it was great. We could walk to the street with all the shops/cafes and if we had to get an Uber anywhere it was no more than 10 pounds. We loved the huge open windows and the balcony. Raj communicated well with us throughout the holiday. Every thing in the flat worked perfectly like it was brand new, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean (as was the rest of the place) and it is just an all around great choice for accommodation in Manchester. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I wish there had been a few more towels, and if not towels then a tablet for the washing machine. There's no light in the kitchen so you can't really see if you're trying to do something at night. Although the wifi was fast, it would disconnect randomly and when you have no service, you rely on wifi for a lot of things. Other than those 3 things, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment, modern, bright and true to the pictures (if anything its slightly larger than we expected) Raj was very nice, friendly and easy to contact. He obviously cares about his guests as the day we checked in his cleaners had let him down so him and his wife were at the apartment cleaning it themselves when we arrived, and both made us feel very welcome. There was an issue with the hob (there's a fault and it needs resetting each time you use it by holding down the buttons) Raj was helpful in resolving this over the phone however it wasn't ideal having to call him. I think it needs looking at. Overall its a nice apartment and we had a great stay.

Raj is a lovely guy. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He couldn't do enough for me to ensure I was happy and that everything was in order, which it was. Unfortunately I can't comment too much on the neighbourhood (things to do) as I was there on business. The flat however, was quiet, clean and exactly as described. Thank you Raj
