The villa has, on the upper floor, a terrace and two large double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and bathroom. From one of these you can access to a veranda with a bunk bed.

The large hall on the ground floor is surrounded by French windows from which you access your side porches.

RULES FOR GUESTS
1. The house must be left in the same condition in which it was delivered. In case of failure or damage to the structure or facilities, guests are required to immediately notify the property;
2. Upon check-in will be signed a list of keys and any other goods and materials delivered to the customer from the property. The same report will be countersigned at the check-out in order to certify the delivery;
3. It is mandatory to use electricity with the diligence of a good father. Any excess consumption to twice the normal use of 1.000Kwh for the summer season will be reimbursed by the customer based on the average rate of all-encompassing Euro 0.25 / kWh;
4. It is mandatory to use water with the diligence of a good father. The water is fed into the structure with the aid of the pump, located within the in the garden shed, which feeds the collection bin. Excessive use may result in the absence of water for a limited time. To avoid inconvenience, the customer is required to:
- Use the washing machine not more than once per day;
- Leave the general basement faucet located in the garden always closed to prevent the water from getting wasted;
5. It is available to the customer the washing machine located in one of the two bathrooms upstairs. On the front panel the operating instructions are available. The washing machine can be used no more than once a day, in this regard should read paragraph 4 above;
6. The supply of gas takes place through the cylinder located outside the kitchen. The customer will take care to use the gas with ordinary care and is required to leave the cylinder valve closed at all times except the time required for normal use in the kitchen. You may not use the cylinder for purposes other than the internal stove;
7. The property provides the customer 2 complete sets for guest bed linen and towels to be returned at check-out;
8. It is not allowed to use electric heaters in the period from May to September;
9. It is allowed the use of air conditioners limited to the hours of permanence in the structure and in each case only in case of actual need;
10. Pet allowed but their circulation should be limited to the lounge on the ground floor and in the garden. the access of animals is not allowed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms;
11. It is allowed to smoke in any of the external villa environments. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms, bathrooms and in the kitchen;
12. The residence has a communal regulation providing hours of silence from 23.00 to 9.00 and from 13.00 to 16.00, all guests are requested to respect it;
13. In order to prevent thefts or damages to the structure, all the windows and doors must be closed when the customer moves away from the house even for a short period;
14. It is possible to park cars and motorbikes inside the garden but only on the brick paving;
15. Guests cannot in any way change the state of the places and the garden. The restoration of the pre-existing condition will be charged to the customer;
16. The client will receive the clean rooms and ready to use. Will be charged to the customer the cost of cleaning at the end of the stay for an amount of Eur 60 to be paid at time of booking;
17. The security deposit of Eur 200, payable in cash to the property at check-in, will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the state of the places. If the property establishes that the deposited amounts are not sufficient to restore the damage and / or changes in the condition of the premises at the time of delivery, the same shall be entitled to retain the deposit and to require the customer to bear the costs of restoring it for the amounts in excess to the security deposit.
