Frank was very welcoming when we first got in. He picked us up from the Ferry and even recommended and drove us to the Penny Farthing Pub for dinner. Elaine's homemade jelly and marmalade was delicious. We had a lovely stay.

This place is great. It has it's own privet entrance by the side yard so it is easy to get into. The yard is welcoming and Frank and Elaine as so kind it is a pleasure to meet them. Downtown is an easy drive to get to but we are in a beautiful part of town with big trees all around. Near the ocean and several restaurants. It is quiet and mellow place to stay, but close enough to all the attractions. I came with my Mother and we highly recommend it.

Frank's place was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! We had clean towels and dishes every day along with continental breakfast items. We highly recommend this great property with a private entrance. Such a great deal! And Frank and Elaine were great hosts!!

Frank and Elaine were humorous and lovely hosts. Their cordial and cozy house looked better in real life; the cameras obviously couldn't hold the amazing atmosphere of the house. The beach was really close to frank's house, allowing us to experience the beautiful ocean view of Victoria. We enjoyed our stay at this house, and will never forget the homemade delicious jam. We will definitely come back!! frank's books with his signature as well :)

Wonderful hosts with a beautiful back yard. I was dissapointed there was no kitchen, but that was my fault for not looking. Wonderful home made jam for breakfast! Our hosts were welcoming and kind.
