This townhouse with two bedrooms hosting a queen bed and a single bed is designed for an individual or two, a couple, or a couple and child. It could accommodate two parents and two children (extra mattress available). The townhouse has a full kitchen and beautiful outdoor patio. Park your car or bag and go out and enjoy the community of West Seattle, Lincoln Park, and Alki Beach. West Seattle has easy access to I-5, downtown Seattle, Sea Tac Airport, Vashon Island, and all stadiums. Public transport hub and shopping are only minutes away.

There is a small parking space behind the townhouse – it is the furthest south space with a red parking curb. Once you book a reservation you will have access to instructions on parking.

Overnight parking on 44th Ave is free. During the day there are two-hour limits on some side streets.

Autres remarques

Having a choice of travel mode is a must in Seattle and this location has many choices. The townhouse has dedicated off-street parking. Only two blocks away from the townhouse, there is regular public transport to the stadiums and downtown Seattle. There is also a foot ferry (water taxi) from West Settle to downtown and a free shuttle from AK Junction to the water taxi. It is a quick 20 minutes to Sea Tac International Airport by car, Uber, Lyft, taxi or shuttle. There are many excellent restaurants, coffee houses, shops, grocery stores and a weekend farmer's market within easy walking distance. You can park your car and enjoy West Seattle and the city or if you need a car, you are always ensured a parking space when you get home.

This was our second stay at Drew's place. Wonderful townhouse, all the comforts of home. Great location, interesting and vibrant neighborhood. Easy check-in, great communications.

Drew's townhouse is a snug little jewel-box in a great walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. It's sparkling clean and because it's the front unit of three, it gets plenty of sun. It has a private patio with new outdoor furniture and a bubbling fountain to expand the living area in good weather. The main floor is a small "great room" with the living area separated from the open kitchen by a breakfast bar with two ladder-back stools. There is no dining table or couch, instead there are two upholstered chairs with reading lamps in front of the gas fireplace. It was too warm for us to use the fireplace on this visit, but I'm sure it's cozy in cooler weather. The main floor has hardwood floors, a half bath, and a generous-sized closet. Upstairs the floors are carpeted, and although the two bedrooms are small they feel more spacious because they have big windows and vaulted ceilings. There is good closet space in both bedrooms. We initially found the beds a bit too soft so after a few nights we removed the thick memory foam mattress topper on the queen bed which made it more comfortable for us. The second bedroom has a single bed, a desk and a flat screen TV (which we didn't try to use), and I noticed a crib-sized mattress under the twin bed, so two small children could potentially be accommodated in that room. I managed to find just enough floor space in that room to do my yoga routine, and it was great to be able to use the other bedroom when my husband's snoring bothered me. The full bath upstairs is not large, but it has a skylight, a hair-dryer is provided, and there is plenty of hot water and adequate water pressure. We enjoyed a bath in the deep tub. The kitchen is well-stocked with functional cooking tools and attractive serving utensils, although there are so many interesting restaurants within walking distance, that we didn't cook at home as often as we had anticipated we would. Trader Joe's, Safeway, a drugstore, a French bakery, and a very complete liquor store are all very nearby. There is a dedicated single parking space off the alley behind the townhouse so no worries about finding parking. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood after dark. The check-in process was seamless, and Drew contacted us several times to make sure that everything was going smoothly. All in all we were very satisfied.

This was the perfect place for my boyfriend, my best friend and me to spend a week and a half in Seattle. The location is excellent. It is truly just steps away from the adorable main drag of West Seattle and has Trader Joe's and Safeway within easy walking distance. It is also just a 5-minute walk to the C line, which is an express bus that takes you right to downtown Seattle. We really enjoyed the patio for morning coffee, made a lot of use of the well-stocked kitchen, and appreciated the washer/dryer after our Alki kayaking and Lake Washington floating excursions. Drew was a great host: communicative, accommodating of our need for an earlier check-in time, and was very quick to take care of a minor sink plumbing issue we experienced. Would definitely stay here again for my next extended stay in Seattle!

We had a wonderful week staying at Drew's house. The house is as described on Airbnb - large, very clean, nicely furnished and with a wonderful terrace to relax in the evening. The communication with Drew was without problems, she even organized a new mattress for our little baby. The house is in a nice and quite neighborhood. We had a car so I can't really comment on the public transport options, but California Av was very near and seemed to have plenty of bus traffic. The house was a great base for daily city exploration tours and you can get easy to Alki beach, where you should experience some sunsets! Drew, thank you for letting us stay in this wonderful house. Bright and clean first floor flat in a great neighborhood of West Seattle! We walked to restaurants, for groceries, and to fun shops. It is a short drive to Lincoln Park for a walk along Puget Sound. Downtown Seattle is an easy 10-15 minute drive. Drew's place is very well stocked with all kitchen needs. Towels, sheets, and bonus paper products, soaps, and a washer/dryer are included. All we purchased was food and beverage from a nearby QFC grocery. The outdoor patio off the kitchen was a great feature to this Airbnb. I give it 5 stars!!!

Wonderful space .. within easy walking distance of fun things to do in West Seattle and also easy to access public transport. There is even an assigned spot in the parking area in the back. It warm and welcoming, with nice finishes to all the rooms. The kitchen is easy to cook in and the bar provides eating space. It also overlooks a small common space with two upholstered chairs and a fireplace. There's also a lovely patio out back. Enough space for a couple and one other person.
