Again, I am so sorry about the troubles you`ve experienced, but try to see the bright side: you didn`t miss your long planned visit to Bucarest. What if I cancelled you reservation the very morning of your arrival? It`s hard to see the huge effort I`ve made not to let this happen. Please, try to imagine that you have your guests on flight and suddenly see your bathroom ceiling cracked open and lots of water flowing on the walls? I can provide you with pictures from the insurance file...Again, I understand that I failed your expectations and again, sorry for that. I tried to soften all as much as possibble, mobilising a whole team of friends and family to pick you up from the airport and preparing the other location for your stay as fast as psosibble.. The apartment you`ve stayed in was newly renovated and refurbished, you were the first to stay in after this. I have good records as a host, and this unforeseen situation affected me too, maybe on long term.. The worst thing though, was the fact that you were disappointed. Sorry for not being there , but I was at the scene, dealing with the disaster.. I hope that someday you`ll come back and I`ll have the chance to change your impression.
