The house is freshly renovated, very clean and classy. It's in a great residential location, close to transportation. The hosts are great to work with and my stay was wonderful.

Stayed here for 5 days with a 2 adults, a toddler, and an infant. The neighborhood is wonderful whether your visiting for pleasure or business. Lots of parks close by and ample public transportation (streetcar and buses) as well as easy on-street parking. The house is tidily if blandly decorated--pictures are a good representation. Host was friendly and welcoming and made an airbed available for the use of our toddler--which in our haste to leave for the airport I forgot to roll back up--sorry! The restaurant next door (Toast) is a popular spot, for good reason, and is a great resource for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and coffee. Unfortunately, the baker arrives at 2AM, so the quite loud exhaust fan starts running then--a roar of white noise. The house is brightly lit with incandescent bulbs. Kitchen facilities are basic but decent. Bed was comfortable. Overall pros: neighborhood, tidiness, warmth of welcome. Cons: loud exhaust fan noise, no backyard.

Very cute and comfortable with a great location! This house was perfect for our family of 3. We walked to restaurants, Audobon Park and St Charles Ave. Everything was perfect and we hope to be back.

The perfect home base for a visit to New Orleans. The neighborhood is delightful - everything you need (grocery, pharmacy, coffee) a short walk away, and because of the character and charm of the city, every stroll is a pleasure. The apartment is exactly as billed - clean and bright, with lots of fresh towels and a comfortable bed. We sipped champagne on the front porch and chatted with the neighbors before strolling down Magazine to dinner. We had coffee at District Donuts before a walk through Audubon Park and a streetcar ride in the Garden District. We had zero issues and Tripp accommodated all of our requests without hesitation. We didn't want to go, and we can't wait to get back

This is a fantastic place to stay! Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, this was the perfect place to relax after a long day (and night) of exploring the city! Kate was great to communicate with about check-in, and everything was very easy. 'Toast' next door is a great little restaurant for breakfast or a coffee to-go. It was very busy, even on weekdays, so be prepared to wait a few minutes. We definitely recommend this house-we will be coming back!
