Beautiful newly updated condo just steps from the white sands of Keawakapu Beach. This spacious condo is beautifully decorated giving the 1 bedroom 2 bathroom home a contemporary feel. Located on the second floor and top floor in Wailea Ekahi Village, Unit 24D (Maui Pearl), provides the luxury of a first class resort and the comforts of home at an affordable price.

The master bedroom includes a roomy sitting area, king-sized bed, new 40-inch flat-screen t.v. and dvd player. The airy living/dining room with cathedral ceilings contains a hidden queen-sized Murphy bed, new 32-inch flat-screen t.v. and Blu Ray player. The unit’s second bathroom ensures the comfort of accompanying family and guests. The unit is fully air conditioned with a split system, and ceiling fans are located throughout. The completely remodeled kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances. The living room opens onto a lanai with patio furniture and new Weber BBQ grill.

A 5-minute walk through the grounds leads to Keawakapu Beach. Keawakapu is regularly ranked as one of the best beaches on Maui. There, you can relax on the sand, play in the water, enjoy the excellent snorkeling and stroll while the sun sets. RULES & REGULATIONS

.Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Hawaiian Time. Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. Hawaiian Time. No early check-ins or late departures unless approved in writing prior to arrival. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time.

2.This is a NON-SMOKING unit. This includes the lanai, as per the Ekahi Village Homeowner’s Association.

3.Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

4.We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

5.SECURITY DEPOSIT. A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is required. There is an additional $100.00 refundable security deposit per child under the age of 12. This must be received within 10 days of booking reservations. The security deposit is not applied towards rent; however it is fully refundable within thirty (30) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. Renter shall be liable for any and all damages caused by renter or renter’s guests.

-No damage is done to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear
-No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collections of rents or services rendered during the stay
-All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the dumpster
-No excessive cleaning required, i.e., if we are billed more than the normal charge of $125.00 due to the amount of cleaning necessary to prepare the condo for the next guest
-Two sets of condo keys and the pool key are left on the kitchen counter and one key in the lock box, and the unit is left locked
-All charges incurred during the stay are paid prior to departure, such as recreational accounts
-No linens are lost or damaged
-No early check-in or late check out, unless previously authorized
-The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the complex

6.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Four (4) people.

7. MINIMUM STAY. Five (5) nights during high and low season and ten (10) nights during Christmas. Changes of the minimum stay at the owner’s discretion.

8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do no permit towels or lines to be taken away from the unit except for the beach towels.

9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, damage deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS. Any exceptions to these policies must be approved in writing in advance.

11. PARKING PASSES. Obtain at the Ekahi Office, Building 18.

12. QUIET HOURS. Ekahi Village quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No person shall make or allow any disturbing noises, or permit anything that interferes with the rights, comforts or convenience of other occupants regardless of the hour of the day.

13. LOST KEYS. Should you lose your key(s), a charge of $25.00 will be assessed to cover the expense of replacement key(s) and someone delivering new key(s) to you. There is a $50.00 charge for the replacement of the pool key.

14. DISCLAIMER. The use of the unit or any of its contents, furnishings and appliances is solely the responsibility of the renter, and the owners will be held harmless with regards to injury or damage.

15. HOA RULES: All guests must abide by the Ekahi Village HOA rules in this binder.

Kendra's apartment is a beautiful home situated near the water. We spend most of our time a short walk from the front door on a quiet stretch of beach. 10 minutes walk along the shore will go past some lavish resort grounds. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay - from necessities (towels, linens, etc) to things we were expecting to pick up at the store (dish soap, paper towels, salt, etc) and even things we didn't expect at all - beach chairs, snorkeling sets - everything we could need for a great vacation. Highly recommended!

Pros: the unit is spacious and luxurious. The bed is huge and comfortable and the kitchen has mostly everything you need if you plan to cook meals. The grill on the lanai is also great. The Ekahi Village is amazing - walking distance to the beach and a fantastic pool area right next to the beach to grill, swim, watch the sunset, and relax. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Cons: the unit is located next to a major road and so the open doors and windows (which you love to have in temperate Hawaii) allow in lots of traffic noise, including large trucks cruising by. This made it difficult to sleep at night with the sliding doors and windows open. Overall, this was a great value - about half as much as the cheapest room at a nearby resort and located on the same beaches. The unit was great inside and very spacious.

This place is absolutely perfect!!! We had the best vacation of our lives and a big part of that was attributed to having this beautiful home to come back to each night. This home is very well decorated, has everything needed for a beachside vacation (home appliances & vacation accessories), and everything is kept perfectly clean/in good order. The owner/host, Kendra is very helpful and attentive but also let us have absolute privacy. Check In & Check Out were both a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend this listing for a stay in Maui :)

Great stay at Kendra's place! The condo is clean, upgraded and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation - right down to any beach necessities (e.g., beach towels, chairs, inflatables, cooler, beach bag, sand toys, etc). Plus, A/C! The community has direct beach access via a locked gate as well - super convenient! Lastly, Kendra was easy to communicate with-always available to answer any questions-and even checked in to ensure all was good. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice, well-appointed condo and a worry-free stay.
