Spacious, quiet, detached unit opposite the pony club on Stevens Street with room for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of nature strip for a boat or additional cars. Key safe on the inside post facing the front door can be accessed with a 4 digit code. There is a spare key inside so the master key can go back in the key safe just in case you get locked out.
Each of the three generous bedrooms have their own towels and robes. The king bed in the second bedroom can be split into two singles. There are towels and spare towels in each bathroom.
The wide hallway leads into a spacious family, dining and kitchen area running the full width of the unit and ideal for entertaining.
The paved entertainment area has a large wind out awning for shade/protection all year round along with BBQ, outdoor setting and 2 sun lounges. Star jasmine grows along the back fence, capitals and little gems down the side and a variety of herbs for you to use.
There's wifi access and plenty of bench space to drop a laptop.
It's an ideal spot to lob and enjoy a break.

Guests have access to all living space, garden within the fenced area and driveway.
Body boards, snorkel kits, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag are available in the laundry, however, we take no responsibility for anything that might occur should you choose to use them.
There are books, board games and DVDs located in the bookcases and TV unit. Some might not be suitable for children or young adults so it's entirely your responsibility what they read, watch and play.
The garage is locked. The juke box is out of bounds as this holds great sentimental value, is too heavy to move and too expensive to repair.

I'd strongly recommend you book local wineries, restaurants and events well in advance to avoid disappointment. They are extremely popular all year round and well worth a visit.
Only the number of people stated on the booking agreement to occupy the unit.
Park only in the driveway or on grass verge directly in front of house ( please do not use neighbours grass verge or driveway)
Garage is strictly for private use ONLY
Locked doors in laundry are for private use only.
Smoking in outdoor entertainment area ONLY please close sliding doors and empty ashtrays into plastic bag into outdoor garbage bin and wash ashtray. No smoking indoors please.
Please keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly after 10pm.
Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Before leaving could I ask you to please do the following:
Close all windows except kitchen
Lock rear sliding doors and laundry door
Leave all internal doors open
Switch off all power points and lights
Check gas cooker knobs are switched off
Empty bins under the sink and bathrooms into the appropriate bins in front of garage
Place used towels in bath.
Leave unit in a neat and tidy condition as found on your arrival

Making the most of what Port has to offer I often walk, jog and cycle between Port and St Leonards and kayak and swim in the bay. I enjoy cooking for friends and family and frequently indulge in good food and wine at the many wineries and restaurants on the Bellarine. I am well travelled, like a good read, going to the movies, theatre and music festivals and checking out the local art galleries.
