The location is good and the flat was clean, a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but it does say 28sqm in the description to be fair.
Wifi is fast and reliable, and the pool and outdoor area has some morning sun for yoga which is nice. Kitchen is small and only very basic utensils, no kettle etc.
We did have a few issues with the apartment during our stay - the mattress was very hard and my wife had trouble sleeping, and the kitchen light bulb and front door lock had to be replaced / fixed by us as no one was around to help. I actually got locked inside the house one morning when my wife left early, and I had to look up the condo management phone number on the Internet, to call someone to come up and get me out.
That's not really anyone's fault per se, but when I reported the lock was broken a few days prior I was told it was fine when he checked it, and I should to go to the condo management office myself to get it fixed. I tried this but no one spoke any English and after filling in some forms nothing happened, and Lazslo never checked up on the issue to see if it was resolved.
Lazslo was polite enough but I got the clear impression this is run as a business and not really with the guests comfort or enjoyment as a priority, for example there is a sheet of House Rules do's and dont's, but it might have helped to include it in a user manual or local guide to the area, especially if you don't have time for much interaction with the guests. Which I totally understand by the way.
Overall I'd say it's ok for shorter stays, and good value for money - not sure if I'd stay again though.
