Private house with garden, all to yourself. The house is fully furnished & equipped for a comfortable stay. It is of good & charming standard and decorated in a fresh, bright & typical Scandinavian style. The house consists of 2 floors in addition to a basement and a small private garden. The house sleeps 8 people in proper beds and is located only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal that brings you to the fjords and Pulpit Rock. Only a few minutes to walk to the city center of Stavanger.
The house is fully modernized and has wooden floors throughout. The house was renovated throughout in May 2016. It is of good and charming standard and decorated in a fresh, bright and typical Scandinavian style. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. TV with many channels, Internet broadband with WiFi. We also provide bed linen and towels for all our guests.
The house consists of two floors in addition to a basement and small garden. On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave, as well as all you need of kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, cups and pans for cooking. The kitchen opens into a small garden patio with decking. In the hallway there is a toilet, as well as stairs accessing the second floor.
On the second floor you will find 1 bathroom with shower, as well as 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has its own door, and this room has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2,3 and 4 has access through the same door. Please note that access to the sleeping loft (bedroom 3) and the single bedroom (bedroom 4) is through bedroom 2. This means that the sleeping area in bedroom 2 consists of 1 double bed + 1 bed (120 cm), and in the same room you will find access to the sleeping loft through a ladder, as well as access to a small single bedroom through a separate door in the end of the room. All access is through bedroom 2! There is a door that separates bedroom 1 from the small single bedroom. The sleeping loft can be closes off by a hatch. Please note that this does not give full privacy to each of these rooms, as one must pass through bedroom 2 for access. However, it is ideal for a group of friends or family.

The house is ideal for singles, couples or families that want to spend their holiday in Stavanger. It is also ideal for business people that need a place to stay short term in Stavanger. It can be rented all year around, on daily or weekly basis.
We will do the final cleaning. Please note that a cleaning fee is added and included in the price you pay.

The whole house is rented out and the price is for the house and not per person. You have access to the whole house, as well as a small private garden at the back of the house.
Note that there is NO PARKING included with this house rental. Access local car parks or use parking meters if you have a car. It is also possible to park in the street outside the house (on the opposite side of the road) for maximum 1 hour during day. Free parking after 18:00 until 08:00 next day. (Saturday after 16:00 until Monday morning 08:00).

Note that there is no parking included with this house rental. The house is located in one of the central streets in Stavanger, and it is possible to access local car parks or use parking meters if you have a car. It is possible to park for free in the local streets after normal business hours (during evening and night): between 18:00-08:00 Mon-Fri, after 16:00 on Saturday, Sunday is free parking. Please ask for instructions if you have a car.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Electricity and normal wear and tear of all equipment as long as used as intended. We provide one set of bed linen and towels per person per stay and final cleaning in the rental. Extra cleaning during the stay can be booked for the price of NOK 800 subject to availability. Free baby cot or high chair on request. Free broadband wireless internet access.
The property has full contents and building insurance for the owners. However, you need to arrange your own travel insurance to cover your personal effects and belongings.
If the property or contents is damaged by you or your party (not due to normal wear and tear) you will responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing what has been damaged. You will be responsible for paying the outstanding amount within 10 days. Should this be the case, we will fully document the repair work with invoices or provide receipts of new goods purchased.
USE OF PROPERTY
No part of the property shall be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed numbers of persons are to be accommodated at the property. It is not permitted to interfere, or cause or permit interference with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of neighbors. Please keep noise down between 23:00 and 08.00 am.
Smoking is prohibited in our properties at all times. Please smoke outside the building if you need to smoke. Please dispose of cigarette ends with care and consideration, so not to litter the street or cause a fire hazard. (Note that smoking is prohibited in all public places in Norway such as bars, restaurants & hotels.)
Please ensure that you leave the property tidy and in the same condition as found on arrival. All crockery/cutlery must be cleaned and placed back in the cupboards and all kitchen equipment put back in its place. You must also ensure that the fridge/freezer is empty. All other furniture and equipment must be returned to it was found on arrival. It is also your responsibility to ensure all household waste is sorted correctly into the marked bins. We will give information with your arrival details on how to sort the waste for recycling.

Earliest check in is 15:00.
Latest check out is 11:00.
We cannot store luggage. Please use storage facilities at Stavanger Train Station.
ACCESS FOR OWNER
The owner reserves the right to inspect the property during the rental period at an agreed time. If a breach of this agreement is suspected, owner reserves the right to inspect the property unannounced and to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you lock and secure the property when the apartment is left for any period of time, including the locking of all windows and doors. Keys will be provided on arrival. All keys must be left behind on the departure date.
