Easily access the 'Best of Toronto' from this convenient location. In downtown East, just 6 mins by streetcar (the stop is outside the front door) to Dundas Square line (Yonge University Spadina = line #1 Subway / Streetcar/Bus) Station, the heart of Downtown where you find The Eaton Centre, Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall. A direct connection to Broadview (Bloor Danforth = line #2 Subway/Streetcar/Bus) Station is also on this streetcar line, .
This is a delightful studio with 10' ceilings and separate sleeping area. Ceiling to floor windows let in plenty of light, quickly concealed by quality blinds. Its spacious layout makes it feel much larger than it is, and of course its more modest size (approx 500 sq ft) means we have lower operating costs which we pass on to guests by providing value pricing compared to comparable listings. However we do not hold back on providing comfort and convenience to save on costs.
This super studio is a great place to base from when relocating, emigrating or for temporary stays. Quality furnishings make your stay comfortable. A European Kitchen with top level appliances
(inc dishwasher) and a full range of pots, pans and cooking utensils make eating at home a breeze. High end clothes washer and dryer ensures doing laundry is easy and convenient throughout your stay. Wifi is provided to keep you connected!
This brand new Suite has its own outdoor space with table + chairs to soak up the sun, relax after a day in the city, and dine al fresco.

Our exceptional service starts well before you arrive. We go into great detail during the initial contact, often with speaking by phone, and showing the guests the space before you decide.
We are full time hosts, so your arrival and checkin is fully detailed, communicated and arranged at convenient times to suit the needs of our guests. We have arranged checkins for hundreds of guests, and have developed a finely tuned process to ensure you are met on time, at the time to suit you.
All guests are met in person for a full orientation and to answer all your questions. (No need to worry about part time hosts getting out of other work commitments to meet guests, or the uncertainty of collecting keys, or finding your way around a strange space.) Our standard checkin time is 3pm to 8pm. Checkins earlier than 3 may be possible subject to availability. Checkout later than 8 pm may be possible and if we can arrange it, there is a cost of $50 payable in cash on arrival. You are provided with a 'Residence Host' who not only provides the warmest of welcomes, but is contactable 24/7, for any needs which arise.

A Guide to the Listing is provided to share essential information about your checkin.
Checkin timing is established as part of the communication once a booking is confirmed.
Please advise approx arrival time at the Suite so we can schedule this. We have options for earlier and later checkins, please message prior to making a booking.
1) Absolutely no smoking within the Suites or on balconies as we guarantee a smoke free environment to all guests, some of whom may have allergies. Traces of smoking in the unit will require a deep cleaning, the cost of which will be paid by the guest out of their damages deposit.
2) Children under the age of 12 are not allowed without prior written consent.
3) Parties may be possible if we know the details in advance, and please indicate this in your initial contact. If this is not requested and agreed in advance, we will not be able to make the necessary arrangements.
4) We have received complaints from the management office about our guests often using the concierge as a hotel front desk service, which is not possible in any way.
Please keep in mind that this is only a short term rental and your name will not be registered as a tenant at the management office. As such, we cannot provide mail services, accept delivery of any packages, or arrange access for takeaway food delivery
To avoid any discrepancies and for security reasons, we cannot recommend our guests to utilize the concierge service except emergency issues. Unfortunately access to the gym cannot be arranged except for stays of longer than 6 months.
5) If you require assistance, please kindly contact your 'Residence Host', whose contact details are provided during the checkin process.
6) Finally, we have received over 260+ guest reviews, and have establish a highly efficient checkin process. This requires the guest to have a cell phone working approx 1 hour prior to your arrival at the Suite. If this cannot be guaranteed, please advise during your first communication with us, as we will need to decline the booking.

Many listings on Airbnb encourage short term listings. As Condominium rules in Toronto generally restrict rentals for any period of less than 12 months, it is likely against the rules and owners are likely to be forced to stop this activity.
