My apt is comfortable, spacious, well put together, and safe, your room is welcoming. I’m available via e-mail to answer questions prior to booking with me. And by text or phone during your stay.
The area I live in is multi cultural, it’s the new “hot” area. My apt is two blocks from one of the many campuses of Columbia University.
No parties, no drugs please.
My name is Teri. I'm a warm, inclusive, self aware woman. Friends and family alike look forward to visiting because they feel welcome, so they can relax and are always well taken care of. My apartment is well and warmly furnished and the bedroom that you will be staying in is coordinated and inviting.
One of my most memorable vacations was visiting a city in France.
I stayed at a friends apartment while she and her son were vacationing elsewhere. For the first time, I felt more like I belonged there and less like a tourist. That is one of the many reasons I have elected to open my home to those visiting New York.
My apartment is centrally located, one block from subways and busses. I am within 3 blocks of Central and Riverside Parks.
There are many restaurants within walking distance from my apartment. The UWS is culturally diverse and the restaurants reflect that in their cuisine.
All types of stores is outside my door. walking Everything from high end stores to discount stores including consignment shops that sell designer clothes.
If you do decide to stay with me, I will be here also and hope we will become friends. After all, one of the benefits of hosting is meeting new and interesting people.
I carry this in my wallet and live by it to the best of my ability, " It is our PURPOSE to make as meaningful as possible this life that has been bestowed upon live in such a way that we may be proud of ourselves, to act in such a way that some part of us lives on"
No matter where you decide to stay, have a wonderful time. I am a native New Yorker, and New York is one of the greatest cities in the world.
