Walk to renowned shops, restaurants, marina and entertainment at Port Lucaya for excitement. &Our beach is quiet, away from the cruise ships all-inclusive chaos! 5th floor Unit 1503 is uniquely decorated with Bahamian art that our guests describe as warm, charming and inviting. Another plus is our privacy! Lying in bed, watching the sunset, there is no one looking back at you!

Located on the fifth floor of the building closest to the ocean at Coral Beach condos, this unit has a desirable location in a complex where you really need to know before you go. Ask questions. Our balcony is positioned at just the right angle and high enough for privacy. Enjoy our famous citrus orange sunsets from your balcony and watch and hear the waves splash the white sand all day & night long. Our patio looks down to lush tropical bananas, bougainvillea and hibiscus, surrounding you with beauty of every hue. A new plush Sealy bed in 2016, quality furniture, Vonage line and secure wifi are some of the extra touches we provide for our guests.
We do everything we can to ensure your condo is stocked with amenities, clean and comfortable for your arrival. Please let us know at once if there is anything missing so we can work together to make your stay enjoyable.

Our apartment, the common area beach decks on each floor, large pool, beach bar & restaurant. Guests may purchase tokens $1.50 each for the washer and dryers on each floor.

We answer inquiries as soon as we receive them and stay in contact as much as you desire. You can reach one of us at anytime via cell, text or email. We also have hired a Bahamian property manager to assist our guests if anything comes up that we can't handle from the U.S.

We believe we are in the perfect spot on Grand Bahama Island! You don't need a car to walk to Port Lucaya. It's a 10 minute walk. Yet you're far enough away that you don't feel like a 'tourist" and subjected to constant vendors selling things. Our beach is about as good as it gets! Some of the other beachs on the island are very rocky. Not ours! A perfect blend of white sand, gradual ascent into the water and a long beach to walk on.. You can walk the length of our beach and get a great work-out, take a swim, then stop in our beach bar for a bite of lunch or a cold Sands beer!

Is there public transportation? Is a car necessary?
A car is not necessary, unless you are here long term or just very adventuresome! There are plenty of cab drivers & public "jitney" vans to get you where you want to go. Most tour operators will also pick you up and drop you off at Coral Beach. Another thing to consider: as a former British Commonwealth, the Bahamians drive on the left side of the road!

Hi! Our association requires that we submit a rental application for every rental at least 5 days in advance that includes the name of each guest. We are required to pay 12.5 % tax on every rental. The Airbnb rates don't allow us to add this in. We'll send you a "special offer" on the advice of Airbnb since their rate structure doesn't allow this tax.

No smoking anywhere in our condo or on our patio.
Please, no overnight guests that we haven't authorized. Thanks for your understanding!

From getting off the plane to arriving at the condo, we experienced a very friendly and inviting environment. We arrived late, no problems getting in the room and settling in. The view was fantastic, accommodations were perfect, and the people were extremely welcoming. All of the crew at the cabana were so much fun and made the stay that much more relaxing. Thanks for all of the info you provided prior to and after our arrival. Can't wait to come back!

Don and Liz were great to work with and easy to communicate with. Their beach is amazing and the community is nice and quiet. You can take a nice walk on the beach to the Lucayan beach area for restaurants and bars, or just stay at the pool and have a wonderful time at their little bar with Nathan, the bartender.

It was amazing. The water and weather was incredible. The people there are super friendly. Don and Liz were awesome! They were very quick to answer back with any questions I had. Their place was perfect for a tropical get way! I hope to return one day!

We had the most wonderful time at Don and Liz's condo in Freeport. From the moment we booked, Don and Liz did everything they could to communicate details and assist us with our plans. The condo itself was really lovely and perfect for us. The location was just beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here!

Hi everyone! We moved to Marco Island to get away from the cold New England weather in 2009. Love it here and don't get to our other home in the Bahamas as much as we used to. We love living on the water and spending time at the beach or on our boat with friends.

About our Bahamas listings:
Don has been going to Grand Bahama since he was in college, when his family started buying condos there. We've owned three units at Coral Beach since 2006, Started with CB unit #1503, a great studio on the fifth floor in building One. Loved it so much we bought two adjoining units on the sixth floor of the same building, this unit 1605 and 1603 in 2012 and now we rent all them all to nice people! At Coral Beach, location and owner upkeep are everything! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! All of the owners have different standards of what they may or may not think is a "nice" view, decor, or...I think you get my drift?! Some of the places haven't changed much since the 1970's.
We've updated and stocked our units with great things to make your stay enjoyable. And should you ever discover you really need ____to make your stay complete, we'll do everything we can to locate it for you on our tropical island!

About our Marco/Goodland property, we recently began hosting it with Airbnb. So far it's been a great experience! We enjoy sharing what we love about Southwest Florida with our guests.

Whichever property you choose, we will do our very best to communicate honestly, and as frequently, as you feel comfortable with. If there is ever something you'd like help with, please let us know!
