【FAQ】
* I'm gonna leave the room key at the apartment safely, so you can check in at late night.
* You can't check in earlier, but you can leave your luggage at the room after 12 p.m.. The room cleaning will finish until 4p.m., so the room haven't cleanup yet.
* You can't check out after 11a.m. and I can't keep your luggage after check out, because I have next guests. You can leave them at coin lockers at Namba and Umeda station. The station has many coin lockers.
* You can pay the room fee on only airbnb when you will book.
* The closest station is Tanimachi 6cyo-me station. You can walk to the apartment from the exit of the station and it takes about 6 minutes walk.
(* It takes about 20 minutes by train to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.)
* This is a private room, so you won't share anything with other guests.
* I'll prepare a hand towel per person. Please bring extra towel by yourself or do the laundry if you need more.
* There is a free Wi-fi and you can bring it outside during your stay.

Le quartier

Located in the tourist center of Osaka. The famous Osaka Castle and Namba, etc., popular spot will go in the 15-minute position in the walk to the tourist! The Uehonmachi, to travel to Osaka to come out also bus from Kansai International Airport here is the most convenient town.

~Dotonbori~
One of Osaka's most popular tourist destinations, this street runs parallel to the Dotonbori canal. It is a popular shopping and entertainment district and is also known as a food destination. At night it is lit by hundreds of neon lights and mechanized signs, including the famous Glico Running Man sign and Kani Doraku crab sign.

~Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade~
Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade and the surrounding Shinsaibashi area is Osaka's premiere shopping center. Approximately 600 m long, this area is unique as it combines chain retail stores and trendy boutiques with expensive department stores and top designer fashion labels.

~Amerikamura~
Locally known as ""Amemura,"" this shopping district is considered Osaka's counterpart to Harajuku and is a good place to see the cutting edge of teenage fashion and culture in Japan. It is a lively atmosphere that is populated with cafes, clothing stores, and thrift shops with a younger feel than the nearby Shinsaibashi.

~Nanba Parks~
Built to resemble a natural canyon, Namba Parks is designed to be a break of nature amidst the sprawling urban landscape. It features a 120 tenant shopping mall including a cinema, amphitheater, and a rooftop garden. The 6th floor is made up of numerous restaurants including some Korean, Italian, and Vietnamese places.

~Hozenji~
With Hozenji Temple at one end and with more than 60 traditionalrestaurants and izakaya along it's narrow path, this alley retains an old time atmosphere reminiscent of Kyoto's Pontocho. Be sure to visit Hozenji Temple where local merchants and visitors alike pour water over the temple's statues for luck.~Senbayashi Shopping Street~
The premises span a length of 660m east to west, and there are some 220 shops lining both sides. It is a large shopping district, boasting the largest or 2nd largest size in Osaka.
The Senbayashi Shopping Street is consistently ranked as one the the most popular shopping districts in Osaka, and has been chosen to be among the top 30 shopping districts in all of Japan.

The Kita (北, ""North"") district, also known as Umeda (梅田), is one of Osaka's two main city centers. It is located around the large station complex that comprises Osaka and Umeda Stations. Kita's counterpart is Minami (南, ""South"") around Namba Station. Besides being Osaka's busiesttransportation hub and a bustling business district, Kita also offers an abundance of shopping, dining, lodging and entertainment, including several department stores and an expansive network of underground shopping malls.
~Yodogawa River Park~
There are various sporting houses in the large park which used a riverbed of Yodogawa. For a walk, the way of enjoying varies for jogging while seeing a flow of magnificent Yodogawa. A rape blooms in the Spring all over the embankment, and fireworks go up in Summer.
~Umeda, downtown area~
Umeda (梅田) as the centre northern part of Osaka City is often called ""Kita"" by the locals. Umeda is a district bristling with high-rise towers and crowds of shoppers, business people, travellers and visitors. Major department stores, shopping malls, movie theatres, office buildings and hotels are gathered in this area. Umeda has the world largest underground shopping mall complex, which connects most of the stations, department stores, shopping buildings.

~Osaka castle park~
Osaka Castle Park opened in 1931 and covers an area of 106.7 hectare.
Osaka Castle Park is colorfully embellished. You can see about 600 cherry trees, including someiyoshino in Nishinomaru Garden. About 95 kinds of Japanese apricot flowers,1250 trees in total bloom in Ume Grove, and in Omoide-no-mori (Grove of Remembrance), you can enjoy beautiful autumn colored leaves.
The scenery, which changes from season to season, attracts many visitors throughout the year. Although the castle park is located in the center of the city, it is a place of recreation and relaxation familiar to Osakans.

I think that my room located in metropolis of Osaka can provide a very comfortable place though I be superior to the access such as a train or the bus and take a trip to Osaka.

The cleaning time is 11am to 4pm
Even if it doesn't finish by 4pm, we will finish it at least 5pm.
Leaving your baggage and changing your clothing are no problem.

-Gather the garbage in the one place
-Don’t throw away the garbage outside

-Return the key to the mailbox on the entrance

-If you break something in the room, please let me know!
-Please read carefully the house guide and the information i send.
-Please keep the check in and check out time.
-Please do not use the Linens in the closet. If you want, please let me know!
If you don’t keep it, you have to pay JPY1,000 .

-Sweets and mineral water in the refrigerator are free of charge.
-There are some sweets and mineral waters in the closet, however, they are NOT free of charge.
Mineral water is 200 yen per one bottle, and Kit Kat is 500 yen per bag. I can sell them for you if you want, so please let me know if you would like some.

-I will request you the extra charge if you make the room mess or dirty when you check out.
For example,
-A lot of garbage is left in the room (not in plastic bags or some).
-Linens have a stain.
-A lot of foods or snacks are in a mess.

This is very important rule.
If you don’t keep the rule, you have to pay the deposit.
Please make sure to keep it.
︎No smoking inside the room and at the balcony.
If you don’t keep it, you have to pay JPY10,000.
If you leave your large things, like suitcase, it costs to throw away.

These days, more guests use the things from the closet without my permission.
Please remember that if you want to use something in the closet, for example, extra Linen(futon, bed top cover, towels, etc..),
please let me know, or you have to pay additional fee because the things in the closet are for future guests as wrriten in House Rule.
If you use the things from the closet without my permission, the next guest has troubles.
Let definitely me know if you want use the things from the closet!
