We are offering our double room with use of the main bathroom in our lovely large four bedroom terraced house with modern interior.
The room has:

The TV room has a sofa, TV, exercise bike and plenty of DVD's to watch. It is possible to watch the TV in this room whilst cooking in the kitchen and with the kitchen sandwiched between the dining area and TV room this makes for a very nice social space.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area and TV room.

Usually we are available to help our guests but occasionally there may be periods when our time may be limited due to having to meet work or study deadlines. During these times we are available but only to answer some questions but not to do things like eat together and socialise, otherwise guests may come and go as they please.

Also the house is laid out with each bedroom separated on each floor in the house providing some privacy.

Fulham is a well established up market location, packed with excellent local amenities. Our house is in the residential area called Sands End in Fulham and very close to the River Thames and only 7 minutes walk away from Fulham Broadway tube station.

Fulham has plenty to offer local residents and visitors alike. All along the busy Broadway and the streets that shoot off from it, Fulham has plenty of great bars and restaurants, as well as nearby green spaces and riverside walks.

Fulham has two major football stadiums. Craven Cottage located by the river next to Bishop's Park and is home to Fulham FC and Chelsea play at Stamford Bridge which is more centrally located next to Fulham Broadway.

We are very close to Kings Road, Chelsea. This area has many high-class fashion stores, cafes, nightclubs and art galleries, including the Saatchi Gallery.

We are near two hospitals, Charing Cross hospital and Chelsea and Westminster hospital (both 20 minutes by bus). There is also a medical centre nearby in Parsons Green.

About a 2 minute walk away from the house we have The Sands End which is a bright gastropub with stripped oak floors and vintage tables, serving really good British-Irish cuisine.

We offer great value for money with top amenities in a premium London location.


We have excellent transport facilities with easy access to all of London, and to places outside of London, for those who want to explore and visit other places in England.

The 28 and 295 bus stops are just at the end of our road on Wandsworth Bridge Road. Both buses will take you to Fulham Broadway underground station. If you prefer to walk from our house to Fulham Broadway it will take about 7 minutes to get there.

Another local tube station is PARSONS GREEN which is about 9 minutes away from the house.

The 11 or 22 buses will take you along the famous Kings Road up to Sloan Square and then into central London. Both buses are a short walk away from the house.

Other local bus routes from Chelsea Harbour and Imperial Wharf which are 2 minutes away include the C and the N28 (night bus). Some London buses run 24 hours a day and some routes run every 30 minutes throughout the night.

Buses from Fulham Broadway include the numbers and N28.

We have two overground train stations nearby. Imperial Wharf which is a 5 minute walk away from the house and Wandsworth Town which is about an 8 minute walk from the house. The Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush is about 7 minutes away using trains from Imperial Wharf station :)

Clapham Junction train station runs mainline services to the South and South East and the central London terminals of Waterloo (International) and Victoria. A short bus ride away on the 295 will take you to Clapham Junction or it is one stop away from Imperial wharf.

The approximate journey times from Clapham Junction include;
Victoria 5 minutes
Waterloo 8 to 10 minutes
Gatwick airport: 30 minutes
Brighton (Seaside): 50 minutes
Yorkshire 3 hours

We also have a number of cycle hire docking stations locally. If don't want to cycle on London's busy roads, you may hire a bike to cycle around somewhere like Hyde Park (London's biggest park) or around one of our local parks (please check park notices to check where you are allowed to cycle).

At times we have adult foreign students staying with us who come over for short periods to study English.

We provide all the bedlinen and we can provide towels.

Please note that the cleaning fee is for cleaning the room in preparation for guests i.e. between bookings and not for cleaning during guests stay.
