Stylish, cosy and contemporary apartment with two roof terraces enjoying wonderful views of Southampton Water and the surrounding city. The apartment is on the 7th floor and served by 2 lifts in the building.
The open plan living room has a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi included.
The kitchen is fitted with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Toaster and kettle are also provided.
There are 2 bathrooms including Ensuite shower room to master bedroom. There is one undercroft parking space available, although a car is not necessary to visit this location due to public transport connections.

Lift and stair access to the 7th floor apartment. Full use of the 2 bedroom flat with living space, kitchen and roof terraces. Cycle store available on request.

I will be there to welcome and settle guests and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I will always be contactable by phone during the stay.

This apartment is on the high street in Southampton which is as central as it gets. It is a 5 mins walk to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal, 2 minutes to the bus stop and 15 minutes to the main train station. The famous West Quay shopping centre and IKEA are 10 minutes walk away. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars within 5 minutes walking radius of the apartment block. Co-op is opposite the flat for all your cooking needs. There is plenty to see and do in the city including museums, historic walks, green spaces, leisure activities (Gym/Swim) and shopping. Other places of interest within easy reach are the historic cities of Winchester and Portsmouth. There is lots to explore in the New Forest and Paultons Park (home of Peppa Pig World). London is 1hr 10mins away on the train. The airport is easily accessible by train (within 7 minutes from central station) and the docks are an easy 5-10 minutes walk away. If none of this grabs your fancy, you can relax on one of the two roof terraces with a drink and watch the landscape change on the water as the cruise ships arrive and depart. You may even be lucky enough to catch the fireworks display from the comfort of your apartment. A home away from home.

There is one parking space available with this apartment. Any additional cars may be parked in a public car park adjacent to the undercroft car park. There are also metered spaces available on the high street for short stays. This apartment is very well connected with the public transport including buses, trains, ferries, cruise ships and airports.

Please note that the second bedroom is furnished with a trundle pull out bed which creates two single beds on 2 levels.

This apartment will house 4 guests comfortably and another two on the sofa bed.

Additional bedding for the sofa bed will be supplied on request. All linens and towels supplied.
