Wonderful two storey apartment with large balconies overlooking the Patraic bay. The view is stunning and you can spend long, pleasant hours sipping your coffee, enjoying your meal or simply contemplating the amazing sunsets.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor (a master bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds and a third bedroom with one bed, where a second bed can be placed). You can even place a children's bed in the master bedroom. AlI bedrooms are spacious, with an excellent view. There is an air-condition unit and a stereo system in the master bedroom and ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms. The bathroom is also on the second floor.
The living room is on the first floor. It is also very spacious, and from the large windows there is an excellent view to the sea too. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player, video player and a stereo system. There is also an air-condition unit and Wi-Fi connection.
The kitchen is contiguous with the living room. It is equipped with all modern electric appliances, a fridge, an electric stove, a dishwasher and small kitchen appliances. On this floor there is a WC with shower.

We live in an apartment in the same building, so we will be here during our guest's stay. We are communicative and sociable and we like having contact with our guests if they also want it.
What I expect from my guests isl to respect the place as if it were theirs.
The rules of the apartmens are:
- we respect the "quiet hours" which are two thirty to five thirty in the afternoon and eleven to 7.30. This does not mean of course that we become like mummies.
- In general, loud noise is to be avoided except for in special cases, like birthdays or any social gatherings.
- The electricity bills are "fire" so there are very simple rules to follow so that they do not become exaggerated. One of them is the water heater which should not be left on for more than the time necessary for heating the water necessary of taking a shower or a bath (10-15 minutes).
- I hope there will be some care for our plants that need to be watered every day during summer.
As in every house there are some more important rules and other less important ones. We can discuss them in viva voz.
