Of course, no smoking. Please use kitchen fan when cooking; use garbage disposal for kitchen sink (run with hot water and dish soap) on a daily basis. Take trash out to dumpsters. Please no excessive noise, out of respect for neighbors in the building. Parking for one car only, don't block others. PETS on case by case, for extra fee of $25/night, per pet.

This apartment was in really nice condition very clean and new. All toiletries, towels, sheets and the like of ample quantity and nice quality. Kitchen did not have full oven or dishwasher but was easily equipped for our needs. Nice new bathroom. Space size and arrangement in general was good. Good location for many restaurants within a half mile. Easy transaction and check in. Parking spaces were very small but always available and right at the entry. The only issues we had was that the heating of the apt. Is done from somewhere else in the building so there is no control. It was never unreasonably hot or cold but it would be better to have control to be more comfortable. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, which you do have control over. Great flat screen big tv with apps including HBO and Netflix but a poor selection of channels. If your looking for a specific sport event as I was (masters sunday) you may have to find a bar to watch in. All in all I would stay there again we were happy with the location and value.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean and conveniently located about 1/2 mile from a metro station and a number of good restaurants. Great BBQ place right around the corner. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The only negative to the unit is that it has a window air conditioner in the bedroom. It is great for regulating temp in the bedroom, but it also lets in a lot of outside noise. If you're a light sleeper and not used to sleeping with city noise, it could be a problem.

This place was excellent! Not far from the Clarendon Metro stop and there is a Trader Joe's/ABC Liquor and plenty of restaurants right around the corner. Parking was convenient and there was never a time in which we felt unsafe in the area. This apartment was so much better than staying in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice one bedroom suite apartment that is very clean and updated. The mananger was very pleasant to deal with and check in/check out was super easy via text messaging and secure access codes. All in all, it was a great place for us to stay and use as a homebase while visiting family in the area and seeing the sights of DC. The only real drawback has to do with its location. It's above a pizza restaurant and right next to a busy "strip shopping center" parking lot with a dry cleaners and two restaurants. It can be a bit busy/noisy, but not too bad. The only real disruptive noise comes from the refrigeration unit for the pizza shop downstairs kicks in while you're trying to sleep. That said, we just kept the fans on and it wasn't too much to deal with. Would recommend!

Awesome spot less than 10 minutes from the heart of the district. Very clean. Will definitely be looking to book this place again the next time I'm in DC

Great location for proximity to DC, next to Arlington National Cemetery. Within a 15 min walk is the Metro, 2 grocery stores, tons of good restaurants from fast to $$$. Place is surprisingly quiet, very clean and comfortable with a working kitchen that has everything. Plenty of place to hang clothes, plenty of towels for use, bathroom stocked with shampoo/cond/dryer.

My inlaws were in town for one of our kids birthdays and we had a full house. This location is conveniently close to us and it is very walkable. Owner and team were very responsive and attended to what they needed in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in the Clarendon area.
