Our condo is 830 square feet. There are five condos located in this building. It has a washer/dryer, two bedrooms with queen beds and one bathroom, new furnishings, plus a front living area with a view of the water, furnished kitchen with appliances. Coffee and tea are supplied.

The entire condo is available for your stay. From the back of the building, there are four steps to the back door. Our condo is on the first floor with entrance to it near the back door. There is also the one assigned parking space there, so, it is the most accessible spot to park during your stay.
There is also access to the front of the building, using on-street parking. This access from street-side means walking under the open carport, entering a secure door and walking up a flight of stairs.

Seattle has much to offer travelers, not only site seeing, great restaurants, but top ranked theatre, as well as museums, cultural activities and playgrounds. Take a ferry ride and visit places like Whidbey Island, Vashon Island, etc. These are easy one day trips. Seattle is truly a world class city flanked by the stunning Olympic and Cascade Mountains and beautiful Puget Sound.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside the condo. If you are a smoker, this is probably not the place for you.
Pease do not use perfume or hair spray inside the condo; save it for outdoors because of allergies.
No parties or events, no drugs, no loud noises or music, please respect our neighbors.
Parking: There is one assigned parking space in the back of the building farthest to the left, near the re-cyclable cans. Extra street parking is available on Beach Drive and you can access entry from the front of the building.
RE-CYCLE! We can be fined if re-cycling is not done correctly. There are re-cycling bins available for garbage, paper re-cycling and a compost can inside the condo. Please place food (including coffee with filter) into the food compost can located on the kitchen counter. Do NOT place food items into the garbage. Please be respectful of my home. Tidy up after yourself and if you cook, wash your dishes

Remember to take the building key so you can get back in the building; there will be a fee charged to have someone unlock the door for you. The inside condo door has a keypad.
