Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed 2 bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland’s trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, newly renovated townhouse.

This comfortable 2 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.

We have paid a lot of attention in selecting top quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful Chandeliers provide radiant light.

Master bedroom has a king bed with a ceiling fan and access to a bathroom and shower.

Kids bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom and a trundle) with close access to hallway bathroom.

Fireworks can be seen from the kids bedroom, dining room and the patio.

Kitchen is fully equipment with all the modern conveniences of home.

Washer and dryer is available downstairs inside the house.

High speed internet and cable TV with the extended channels is available.

A personalized key code is prepared for you after your reservation so that you can enter the property only during your reserved dates. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.

From your first inquiry, throughout your planning and during your stay with us, we are available to assist in making your vacation truly memorable and comfortable!

We are usually near the property around check in time and would like to greet you and answer any questions you might have. If you arrive later, you can call us with any questions and we will meet with you at a later time. Arrival after 10:00 PM must be requested as exceptions.

All three of us (Ted, Nancy, and Rick) carry our cell phones at all times. We have a central number that rings all three of us at the same time so that you can be sure to get one of us.

Our house keeping service company is also near by in case additional services are required.

According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit more enjoyable.

Had an excellent time at Disneyland! Condo is about a 15 minute walk to the park gates. Fully stocked with everything a family could need.

Overall a great stay. It's across the street from the Mickey & Friends Parking structure. Communication was great. Any issues were resolved quickly. A few things to note: 1. They manage many properties. I think they cut and paste some of the amenities. So if you need something child related (like a pack and play) don't be afraid to ask. The listing I saw didn't have a crib but when I asked, they had a pack and play! 2. They'll send you an approximately 50 page document to review and sign with rules and regulations. So if you don't like reviewing documents, be warned. 3. They don't include the Anaheim city tax in their AirBnB total. So they'll tell you what the tax is to get your approval. Here's where the communication may be misleading. If the AirBnB line items are A (room rate) + B (AirBnB fee) = (total). These folks will say A (room rate) + C (tax) = your total. Really what they should say is eithe(URL HIDDEN)will be your total OR they should say A + C is the total due to them (where C is due to AirBnB). 4. They'll also say they'll adjust the total to reflect the tax but they'll actually send you a second payment email through AirBnB to collect. 5. The onsite pool & playground don't open until 9a - to go along with the Anaheim city noise rule Anyways, great place & responsive folks - especially Rick.

The walk to Disney land from condo door to the gates of Dland was just under a 20minute walk. We lived our stay, very convenient and very quiet. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We brought all our meals and we're able to go in and out of the park and save a ton of money by eating at the condo for our meals. The home was very cute just like the pictures, and very clean! Randy the property manager was easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure!

I was in constant communication with the host and responded within 1 hour of questions if not immediately. The place was exactly how it was described. The kids loved the Mickey and Minnie theme.

Great little spot for anyone making a trip to Disneyland. Decorated in wall-to-wall Disney, this spot is perfect for kids or for anyone who is a fan of Disney. The apt is located in a Town home complex near the amusement park so the drive was only a few blocks away. Our hosts were very responsive and extremely accommodating. We'd rent again!
