Our beautiful inner city terrace style townhouse is only 4 years old, chic and ultra modern throughout. This is not an exclusive Airbnb property and we do live here in between listings and the space has been decorated with original artworks from our travels around the world. Our townhouse is located with fantastic links to transport in a busy inner-city area.
Light filled throughout there are beautiful polished Australian timber hardwood floors and the home is fully furnished. The property is two stories high and has an internal staircase, with bedrooms on the upper floor and the combined lounge dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. The ground floor opens onto a wrap around timber decked private courtyard with outdoor lounge setting.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cooktop and electric oven. You can also expect to find all the usual appliances such as a microwave and kettle as well as all the cooking utensils you may need. Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods included.
The two main Bedrooms are on the second story and both are fully carpeted, oversized rooms with a queen sized bed, premium mattress and quality linens. The main bedroom has an ensuite with separate shower and the second bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom which also includes a separate shower and bathtub. All bathrooms are in pristine condition with marble floors and quality fixtures. For your comfort and to minimise noise all bedrooms have double glazed windows and there is fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout.

As we've indicated already, we do live in the property in between airbnb listings and we are available to be contacted at anytime. We are very happy to offer advice or answer any questions, and if urgent we can attend in person with a few hours notice. Your privacy will be respected at all other times.
Sydney's inner west has much to offer to visitors. It is also a commuter corridor so expect to see and hear aircraft from the nearby airport and trains from the nearby railway services. Like many busy inner city areas noise can be an issue. We have taken steps to minimise noise wherever possible to ensure your stay is comfortable. All the bedrooms have double glazed windows and fully ducted air-conditioning throughout.
Also please be aware that this is our home and not a hotel. We do live here in between listings so you will find our personal effects, clothing etc in drawers and dressers and we ask that you respect our personal belongings.
For the benefits of our neighbours please be aware that no parties or large gatherings are permitted. This is a small boutique residential complex and some of our neighbours have small children and babies. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the internal and outdoor areas of the townhouse. This is both for health and safety reasons as well as for the comfort and health of our neighbours.
Whilst we love animals no pets are allowed.
