This oasis of a beach home has plenty of room to spread out offering 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 bathrooms (including a spa bath), 4 separate toilets, a large open plan living room with new 55" OLED Smart TV (includes Netflix) that leads to a large front balcony, eclectic style furnishings, fans in each room, 2 stocked kitchens, dinning area that leads to a private covered back deck with BBQ and beautiful in-ground pool surrounded by lush palm trees and outdoor shower, laundry, large garden patio, and garage parking for 1 car and off street parking for 2-3 cars.
The house layout is the following:
Ground Level: front entrance to the house opens to a nice size living room with comfy double futon bed, stocked kitchenette, 1 large bedroom with queen size bed, en suite bathroom with toilet & walk in closet, 1 bedroom nook with single mattress, and doors leading to a large garden patio area.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds & closets (sleeps 4 guests), 1 separate bathroom and 2 separate toilets, large living room leading to front balcony, and open plan kitchen and dinning area leading to the back patio and pool area.
In addition, the 3 car garage has been newly renovated to include an extra large bedroom that sleeps 4 guests with a queen size bed and a double bed with a window looking out to the pool area, and a separate toilet.
This home is located in a peaceful neighbourhood a short stroll to famous Alex Beach (patrolled). Enjoy the beach, Alex Surf Club, bars, restaurants, cafes, bowling alley, duck pond & park, and new state of the art skate park, all less then 1km walk. Aldi & Coles supermarkets also close by.
Walk to Beach: 2 minutes walk down Woonum Rd, right on Oloway Ct & quick left on Oloway Ct and then it's a 5 minute walk on an easy path through lovely Alex Forest to Alex Beach.
Also walk along the beach to neighbouring Mooloolaba Esplanade or Cotton Tree / Maroochydore for more boutique shopping, dining and entertainment options.

Upon arrival I will greet you with the keys and show you around the property. I'll also be available during your stay to assist or answer any questions. Otherwise, I won't disturb you during your holiday.
The Sunshine Coast is a beautiful area with so much to offer on your getaway!
The famous Eumundi Markets run every Wednesday and Saturday mornings with great live music, eating and shopping. Cotton Tree and Fisherman's Rd Markets are open Sunday mornings, Mooloolaba night markets are on Friday nights, and a must visit to Ocean St Markets when offered on Friday nights in Maroochydore. The coast also offers Mooloolaba Underwater World, Australia Zoo, Aussie World, hikes in Noosa National Park & Mt Coolum, swim and hike at Kondalilla Falls, boutique shopping in the Hinterland areas....and sooo much more.
There is also a Coles and Aldi supermarket 2 minutes away, and the Sunshine Coast Plaza Shopping Centre 5 minutes drive.
Please relax and enjoy my house respectfully as it is my Home. My neighbourhood is peaceful and the people who live here are very happy and friendly, so please help me keep it that way by keeping noise to a respectable level, being friendly during your stay, and following my House Rules :-)
No smoking inside, no parties or events, and please refrain from eating, drinking or colouring on the beds to protect the linen. There is an outdoor shower by the pool to wash off your sand before entering. The cushions for the day bed on the balcony are located in the upstairs corner guest room. Please do not leave the cushions out if rain is expected, and shut all balcony doors.
Cleaning: The property is offered in good clean condition. You will be required to leave the house as close as possible to how it is presented to you with all rubbish removed and placed in wheelie bins provided by the side pool gate, fridges & dishwasher empty, furniture unmoved (or replaced to its original position), bathrooms tidy, BBQ & microwave cleaned, and all kitchen items cleaned and placed away.
Breakages / Damages: Guests are responsible for the costs to rectify any damage to the premises or contents, including the new Garage Toilet. This toilet has a very expensive macerator system installed to 'chop up' waste and pump up a small pipe, so it ONLY accepts small amounts of toilet paper. Any damage to this macerator system will incur a very large fee to fix! This toilet has been installed for the convenience of guests staying in the garage bedroom, and is NOT for general use. Please use carefully and don't allow any other items, other than toilet paper, to be disposed.
Kindly report any breakages or damages immediately.
Maintenance: Please call me directly for any maintenance issues that arise during your stay. I will arrange to fix the matter for you as soon as possible.
Personal Property: No responsibility is taken by the owner for the guests personal property.
Injury: The owner will not be responsible for any injury suffered to a guest, or visitors of a guest unless such injury resulted from the negligence of the owner.
No parties of any sort. My house is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.
Excess Noise / Nuisance:
Please kindly refrain from creating or permitting any noise or nuisance, which is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of my neighbours.
Primary booking person must be over 21 years of age, and the number of guests must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of booking.
Check-in is after 1PM, unless an earlier time is agreed ahead of time.
Keys / Garage Door Remote: Loss or damage to keys or garage door remote will incur an additional charge. Please contact me if have misplaced the keys or remote.
Upon Departure: Please kindly ensure all windows & doors are closed and locked, the back door key & garage remote are on the kitchen table, and the front door key is placed in the wall mount safe box.
