A car is not essential with rail links within walking distance 0.7 mile. Train links to Glasgow 40mins, Ayr 12 minutes. Nearest Airport Glasgow Prestwick 4mins. Ferry links close by and sailing from Ardrossan (37mins on train) to Isle of Arran and Campbeltown (summer). Enjoy fab day trips from Largs to Cumbrae, Gourock to Dunoon on Argyle and Wemyss Bay to beautiful Isle of Bute.

The house is in a very quiet secluded street. Five minutes walk will take you to the beach and ten minutes will take you into town, the golf courses or to the station for easy day trips to Ayr, Glasgow and Edinburgh or out to the island of Arran. You can usually park a few steps from the front door, there is no rush hour in Troon!
