The Phoenix is a long lived bird that, upon death, is reborn anew. Washington Park, nearing its 100th birthday, and the nearby area is being reborn. Our goal here at Phoenix Landing is to create a green sustainable community that works in tandem with the local area.

Single story home, newly built, clean and comfortable. Full use of everything. Within walking distance of public transit.

I am usually around the house to help with any questions you may have. We also have a large selection of fliers for local attractions and events.
Check in is anytime after 3pm (you're welcome earlier, but your room may not be vacated/cleaned and you will only have access to the common areas - living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc), but we do ask guests to vacate the room by noon so it can be cleaned for the next guest. You are welcome to stay and use the common areas for the rest of the day.
Please remove shoes at the front door, no shoes through the house.
Quiet hours from 10pm-10am
Must follow ALL guidelines for kitchen and bathroom waste.
For Kitchen: Composting and recycling are strictly observed.
For Bathroom: Flush only waste and toilet tissue; Please Do Not Flush Your Personal Items!
For Kitchen and Bath: We ask that you clean up after yourself. Towels are provided; Please Use Them!
No indoor smoking. Please Use The Front Porch or Back Deck To Smoke!
