Excellent location Eddie was very responsive with any issues Master bedroom and ensuite are a nice size. Second bedroom appears larger in photos,you cannot properly open the room door because the bed is so big for the space Overall all rooms have large and bright windows with an airy feel Ample closet space is also a nice bonus

Location of the apartment is excellent if you are planning to explore Stanley Park and Coal Harbour. It's also easy walking distance into Downtown Vancouver and about a 10min walk to Burrard Station, making it a well-located base to explore Vancouver from. The apartment could be suitable for up to 6 adults as listed as the pull-out sofa bed is spacious and there is adequate space. However, we would've had a better experience if the host had provided bedding/linen for this. Even after we'd specified on the booking that we had 5 adults. I really wish I could've written a more positive review on this place. However, the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival, left a lot to be desired. Initial inspection of the bathrooms & toilets demonstrated that they had not been thoroughly cleaned. Wall fixtures, such as towel racks, toilet-roll holders, etc. Were poorly fixed and flimsy. Overall, it felt like an apartment which was poorly maintained and not well-loved like other AirBNB places I'd experienced. Eddie was difficult to get a hold of. In my multiple attempts at calling him, not once did he answer my calls. Rather replying via SMS some minutes later which was frustrating. There was no offer of a face-to-face meeting on check-in, no guide to the local area and only VERY BASIC information on check-in (ie. How to get into the apartment). Whilst I understand that the usual key pick-up location Eddie utilised was out-of-service, the alternate location used was almost 1km from the apartment, which on a wet November day, made for a frustrating process. To Eddie's credit, he did reimburse us for the cost incurred on parking in the apartment complex after I had advised him that my truck would not fit in his allocated car space. Overall, our experience at this apartment could've been much better if there was more attention paid to the guest's experience and maintenance of the apartment. I couldn't help but feel that we were more of an inconvenient cash-cow to the host, rather than paying guests at this place. I've certainly had much better experiences with other AirBNBs and so I cannot say that I would recommend this place to others.
