Original 1880 Victorian double story terrace situated in the historic Emerald Hill Precinct of South Melbourne. The terrace has been gutted and totally renovated in 2014. The solid Victorian door opens up into a grand entrance hall with an original stunning staircase running up to a beautiful living area on the first floor with sweeping views of the Melbourne skyline.
Downstairs first bedroom: King size bed which can convert to 2 king single bed.s Antique armoire and study desk.Hydronic heating
Bedroom Two: Queen size bed with large American Oak wardrobes and ceiling fan.two extra very comfortable trundle beds are available as well.Hydronic heating
Guest bathroom: walk in shower, with floor to ceiling marble tiles and hydronic heated towel rails.
Powder Room: Floor to ceiling marble tiles, make up mirror and toilet suite.
Downstairs Living area/4th bedroom. 2 leather couches, one converts to a very comfortable queen size bed. Fully air conditioned and hydronic heating.
Second bathroom/Laundry: Floor to ceiling marble tiles, shower toilet suite, vanity with Euro style washer and dryer and heated ladder rack towel rail.
Outdoor area: BBQ, garden seating, dining setting all over looked by a majestic palm tree.

Good location and very convenient. Near to market, restaurant and park . Easy walking to downtown. Christopher is very kind . If possible I will come back and stay there

We were 4 couples and we had a great time during our stay in Christopher's home. We had easy access to house, it was well equipped and comfortable. It was in a very good location, close to grocery stores, south Melbourne markets and trams. When the internet did not work one morning Christopher responded very quickly and solved the issues. The clock tower did not go through the night but did start at 6 am. We enjoyed our stay.

I love to visit a city and actually tour a house, Doris Dukes house in Waikiki, Villa Nicci in Milan , Villa Farnese in Trastevere . These houses
give an insight into how people spent their wealth and and what taste they had .
