• Our guests are provided single vehicle parking access at the communities ON-SITE underground gated and secure 24-hour parking, for the entire duration of their stay.
• Parking is offered at a flat rate of $15 per night.*
**As a comparison, please do consider the average nightly parking charge in the downtown area can be as much as $50 per night. Valet at local hotels can cost as much as $70/day. We provide our guests with gated secured parking inside of building for the low price of $15 per night, which includes 24 hour per day access and the freedom to come and go without incurring additional charges.

We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause them to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers allowing you to compare and contrast each policy and can be purchased via their easy-to-follow website.

NO SMOKING POLICY
Per city government ordinance, this building is designated as a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE, which includes both private and communal rooftop areas, the unit itself including balconies, and any other public areas within or directly surrounding the building. In short, if you're a smoker you'll need to exit the building and smoke on the sidewalk at least 100 feet away from the entrance of the building. We realize that this is inconvenient for many travelers so you may need look into another property that allows smoking. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.
DISTURBANCES CAUSED BY OUR GUESTS
We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Building security enforces quiet hours from 10pm - 7am, daily.
We respectfully ask that all guests alert us in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. There is a limit of 5 visitors in the apartment at one time. There is a limit of 2 visitors at a time using any of the building's amenities. PLEASE no unregistered overnight guests.
NO OPEN FLAMES
Candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, cigars or any anything requiring a flame for operation or enjoyment is strictly prohibited and result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS (without prior consent)
If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, special pricing, etc.
NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, forfeiture of your deposit, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
We understand things happen but we do require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay. As best you can, please keep rolling luggage away from walls as they leave marks. Lay them flat when not in use and avoid leaning them.
Guests agree to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
For security purposes and to ensure that both parties are completely comfortable, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb (including a clear photograph of your face so we know that the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
Please deposit all trash in trash chute located on your floor (please reference your house manual for exact location). Large boxes, paper bags and oversized recycling must be brought down to the recycling room located on the ground floor. You may ask the front desk to point you in the right direction of the recycling room. There will be an additional cleaning charge for large quantities of cardboard boxes, shopping bags, etc. left behind in the unit upon check-out.
We ask that you use your own, personal accounts to purchase any music or movies during your stay. Any charges for movies or pay-per-view programming purchased on the television will be subject to reimbursement to the Host and a $25 fee if purchased without prior approval.
We ask that our guests respect the unit's furnishings, floors and carpet. Please avoid stepping on furniture with shoes, and absolutely NO rearranging of furniture without prior consent. A $75 fee will be charged if furniture has been rearranged and not placed back in its original location upon check-out.
