Brand new, comfortable, clean, luxurious accommodation equipped with all the required amenities. The layout consists of a spacious living area on entrance, leading to a separate fully-equipped bright kitchen/dining area, with all necessary appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, and some basic pantry items for self-catering.

At the back there is a luxurious double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds plus one extra pull-out bed, and one family bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. An extra foldable bed is also available for the sixth person. A sunny, sizable, private back terrace with luxury outdoor lounge furniture compliments this property, allowing you to soak up the sun at any time of day.

This elevated ground floor apartment has a separate entrance shared only with our studio apartment, which is available to rent separately for 2 people (smaller kids can be accommodated in the studio). The studio apartment is small but comfortable and is fully-equipped for a self-catering holiday, with a small kitchenette, large double bed, sofa area, shower bathroom, as well as a small, sunny, side terrace.

Both apartments can be rented together for groups of more than 6 people (price will be calculated for the two units not just per additional person's rate).

Cable tv and use of wi-fi is complimentary.

We provide all the basics one might require during their stay, including bed linen, bath and beach towels, beach cooling bags, adaptors, first aid kit, basic cleaning stuff, magazines and informative brochures about the island, directions and bus routes, and much more.. For kids, there are beach toys, a high chair, blender for baby food, and cot. Our complimentary welcome pack will have you sorted for the first night of your arrival with water, tea & coffee, pasta & other food or drinks. Basic usage of utilities in the form of electricity units is included with rental price. All appliances and lighting are energy-saving.

Being located in the most central area, it is not necessary to rent a car. At the same time the apartment is perfect to enjoy a peaceful, quiet evening in should one wish. Property is located in a peaceful, upmarket residential area with detached housing, having its own entrance, rather than in a block of apartments.

We have been offering holiday rental for a couple of years and rent just a couple of properties, making our service professional yet more personal. We aim to provide our guests the base to enjoy a relaxing, fun-filled, stress-free holiday right from the booking process until the end of their stay at our property. We are always a phone call away from assisting you with anything or perhaps helping you book a nice restaurant or activity. Our ultimate satisfaction is having holidaymakers tell us they have enjoyed a perfect holiday!

Street parking for vehicles is available in the area, within the white lines.

Both apartments in the building can be rented as one big accommodation by larger groups. Up to 9 guests.

No nuisance to neighbors arising from excessive noise, loud music or fouling of common entrance and stairs shall be permitted.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace only, and cigarette butts are to be disposed of in ashtray provided.
All lighting and appliances are to be switched off when not present in the apartment.
Main entrance door to common area as well as to apartment are to be kept closed at all times.
Terrace doors and windows are to be always locked prior to going out. We shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by you in the event that someone breaks in to the apartment. You may even be held liable for damages incurred by us should a break-in occur due to negligence on your part.

Trash may only be taken out and placed on the pavement/sidewalk for collection on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Super séjour dans l’appartement de Caroline. Très accueillante. Je re commande cet appartement, il est très bien situé pour rejoindre Paceville.

Caroline est charmante et nous a super bien accueilli, réservation de taxi et bouteille de vin. L'appartement est parfait pour passer un bon moment convivial à Malte tout près de la mer !

We really enjoyed our stay in Malta at Caroline's place. Our arrival was made very easy by the taxi service she set up to meet us at the airport and give us our keys at the apartment. The apartment was great -- very spacious and comfortable with 2 people, and a perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended to anyone looking to travel in this area.
