Shiny third floor apartment administered by its owner with no street noise on a seventh floor building. Ideal for long stays!The street is very quite though near public transport access, with tree-lined streets, nearby square, near to Palermo Soho 6 blocks away from Alto Palermo Shopping and subway. Supermarkets and tiny shops for almost every need. Near Palermo Gardens, Zoo and Botanical Garden which you can reach walking or publicbike. Lots of parrillas, pizzerias and ethnic food retaurants!

A doorman is available from Monday to Friday 7:00 - 12:00 and 17:00 -20:00 Saturdays from 7:00 - 12:00 Sundays & Hollidays from 19:00-20:00. In case you doesn't see him around ring his bell on the front entrance.
This area is the most traditional palermo. Streets of grown old trees much shade and green, makes this very nice to walk, bike or even sit around in a cafe or pizzeria or in a square from the many you can find in this area.
Very near from public transportation, subway and colectivos. Also you can find free parking place on the streets nearby, if tou rent a car. Near local airport and plenty of taxis if you want to avoid driving, very healthy. There is bike roads also if you want to have more excercise. 20 minutes from down town with public transport o less with taxi, but do not trust sometimes road can be very busy! Public bikes system on
This is a little building no noise is appreciated past midday and late on nigth. Garbage is thrown in the room beside lifts, the doorman picks it up at 20 hs.
