It is a new building and the unit is well designed to maximize space. The building has security cameras, secure entrance, secure underground parking and an elevator.
It's a great space with everything you might need. An amazing location!

Guests will have access to the 6th floor gym and 1,000 sq ft patio with patio furniture and BBQ grill

It has a walk score of 94 ( a walker's paradise). In the heart of the Cultural district, and located right across the street from a bike path, the rotary center, the casino, the art gallery and Prospers Place. Two blocks from waterfront, beaches and numerous restaurants. One block from the Delta Grand Hotel. Short distance to hiking trails.
It is close to everything!

Queensway bus terminal is 2 blocks away on Ellis street. Bus is available one block away. Bike rentals are available one block away. There is also an OGO car share Co-Op.

Located 2 blocks from the beach and downtown waterfront.

No groups over 4 will be accepted. There will a charge of $150 for lost key fobs or garage door opener. No pets. No smoking of any kind anywhere (electronic, vapour or other). Breakage, damage, missing items and extra cleaning will be charged against your deposit. Quiet time is by 11 pm. If a noise complaint is issued, any fines will be sent to you to pay.

Connie was excellent! Our flight was delayed, we arrived late in the night, and she was awesome. Quick tour, and she was on her way, leaving behind a great bottle of vino! I loved our stay, will return as soon as I am able.

Wonderful new condo. communication with Connie was excellent. very clean. full-equiped. she welcomed us even if it was pretty late. she put a great bottle of wine on the counter. she prepared a list of things to do, places to visit, good restaurants... she also put all possible tourist leaflets available. very roomy and clear place with a great terrace.

Great downtown location! Restaurants, bars, shops, and the boardwalk are all just a short walk away. Very clean, very modern look. Makes you feel right at home.

Connie was a perfect host - generous, thoughtful, caring and courteous. Her suite is central to Kelowna's arts district, mere steps away from beaches and very close to downtown. We walked to most planned locations. The suite"s decor is contemporary, simple and elegant; it's clean and tidy. Connie also was available to give and receive back the keys at the time that suit our schedule. I definitely will use it again the next time I visit Kelowna and would highly recommend it to others.

Great location, very clean and modern apartment, comfortable and convenient. Connie advised us ahead of a local city event and possible road closures. She also emailed us a link for kids water sport & fun at the Waterfront Beach Park. Thanks a lot, Connie! It was a wonderful trip and we look forward to returning next year!
