These stunning 1 bedroom apartments in the heart of the city have a location that is simply second to none, close to Farringdon and Barbican stations. The city workers keep the area bustling and lively during the week while it remains the city’s best kept secret during weekends. Relax at one of the quirky cafés or old pubs in peace and quiet away from tourists and major shopping attractions.
Brewhouse Yard is located in a quiet residential street and inside the building you find everything you need to stay comfortably. The building comprises a communal garden, an onsite Waitrose for grocery shopping as well as a concierge. In the apartment you find your very own private balcony, a generous living space for the local location and all modern utilities. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and everything you need to make yourself a nice home cooked meal or invite friends over for a glass of wine. Enjoy the open kitchen and living area, turn on the TV and make yourself at home. The bathroom is spacious and super modern, and in the bedroom you find a large comfy bed with lots of natural light coming in through the windows.

1. Keys: Please send us a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of confirming a booking.

2. On checkout please drop keys in the mailbox.

3. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities.

4. We provide extra bed at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.

5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.

6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

7. Our Standard check-in and check-out timing are:

Check-in time:
Monday to Friday -1500hrs – 2030hrs
Weekends- 1500hrs -1730hrs
Check-out time: 1000 hrs

An out of hours check in & check out is subject to availability & needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking & in case agreed the following charges apply:

Early weekday check in- £20 per hour
Late weekday check in- £50 for check in between 2030hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekday check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charge is applied.
Early weekend check in- £20 per hour
Late weekend check in- £50 for check in between 1730hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekend check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charges applied.

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.

This apartment is not hosted by an individual or the owner, but rather is managed by a third party, which did a shockingly poor job. They were disorganized and the apartment had serious maintenance problems which never addressed. The bathroom shower did not work properly and the laundry machine did not work at all. I patiently waited while the manager told me day after day they would resolve the problems, but they never did. I suggested they re-locate me but they said that was not a possibility. I was in London on business and I travel lite, and I intentionally chose an apartment that had a laundry machine, so this was more than an inconvenience. A good example of their disorganization: between the check-in and check-out communications/instructions I must have received 5 different messages, including the booking confirmation, and not one of them ever showed the apartment address correctly. Each of them (including instructions on where I should leave the keys on check-out) had completely different, wrong addresses! I had to send a photo of the building name/address to the greeter because the person had no idea what I was talking about when I explained where I was waiting on check-in. Needless to say, this caused confusion and significant delay for check-in. Which was remarkable because prior to check in I had received not less than 5 emails/texts from the company asking me to confirm what time I would check in. I responded to each of them and confirmed exactly one hour before hand, per their request, yet the greeter was still 25 minutes late! If I were the owner of this apartment I would find a new property manager. I have no idea who "Arvi" is, never received a communication from her or had any interaction with her so to indicate that I was "hosted by Arvi" is misleading at best.
