This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is great for a family beach vacation. It`s only 1 block from the beach, has an open floor plan, and sleeps 10. The large yard is perfect for a cook-out. Dogs under 50 pounds are welcome.

Driving up to the home you will first notice the manicured tropical front yard. This area includes a wonderful front patio for enjoying the warm sun and island breezes. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a bright open floor plan which includes the living room, den, dining area, and kitchen. The space is sunny and the décor is modern and comfortable. No worries about beach sand with the ceramic tile floors.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table seats up to 8. A game table offers additional seating for 4. This main level also includes a sleeper sofa in the den, 2 bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. Up the split stairway are 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All linens are included. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking.

Nice house, close to beach, easy walking access to beach all while only being about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.
