Grew up in Ottawa. Sports scholarship to St. Lawrence University in NY then off to Vancouver (played for the Canucks). After a brief hockey career, worked on Wall St. before transferring to Hong Kong where I lived for 13 years. Seeking a more tranquil base, moved to the Manor on Stoney Lake, where I am enjoying the challenge of constant and seemingly never ending improvements to the Manor!
Dozens of cycling trips (just clip on the paniers and ride!) all over Asia and Europe have been a favorite way to explore a country.
It has been great hosting people from all over the world as they explore Canadian cottage country!
