We were given good directions to the house and welcomed by Ante's brother and mother who live there. The images represent the flat well, which is spacious, has good air conditioning (essential in the heat wave) and storage. The kitchen was well provided for, with an induction hob and fridge freezer. Lots of bits of kitchen equipment were included such as pots, pans crockery etc. There was no coffee machine but luckily we had our own caffetiere with us. There were in addition to the listing clothes airers and a line outside that we were shown we could use. We were greeted with a bottle of local olive oil which was also lovely. We stayed for 10 nights and were even provided with a change of sheets and towels without asking or paying any extra, which was really helpful. There was an extra single bed in the corner which wasn't shown in the pictures which would make this apartment great for a couple with a small child, or even friends travelling together. It is right in the centre of the down on the south side in the middle of the old town in a classic old, terrace. It is on the top floor so pack light! There are lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, and a small cafe on the corner a few doors down from the apartment where we had some brilliant breakfasts. It is a bit hipster so perfect for people looking for vegan food and juices on the island. Beaches are just a couple hundred metres away, and you can walk a bit further to the coves on either side of the harbour. The town has good provisioned with shops, a market, pharamacy, bus stop and other stores. The best supermarket is in the ferry terminal however, so pick up what you can there. NB The induction hob is quite hard to work, here are some instructions: 1. Press the on button (next to the key at the top) 2. Select the hob you want to use using the buttons at the bottom. 3. When it is selected (the dot appears next to the number) use the + and - buttons to choose a temperature. 4. If you want to change the temperature, or turn the hob off, select the correct hob button again and use the + and - buttons.
