Guests have access to both main floors of the house. Guests also have access to all outdoor spaces, and are encouraged to partake of the ripe blueberries from the front terrace garden for their breakfast. The basement storage space is not available for guest use, however, guests can use the washer and dryer in the basement.

The house is romantic, with a feel of relaxed (rather than formal) elegance. It should be treated with the respect appropriate for its heritage and for the neighborhood. No large parties or loud outdoor music allowed.
