ROOMS
Newly refurbished, this property features wooden flooring throughout, large windows and beautiful interiors. Equipped with all the conveniences you’ll need, plus dedicated rooms for the children and a top floor bedroom for extra privacy, this family home is a welcoming and spacious retreat.

THE LIVING AREA
Finished with stylish décor, this family room features a stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, coffee table, sofa, floor lamp and piano.

THE PLAYROOM
Full of children’s books, this colourful room has a small table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, small TV and rustic shutter doors which open out into the kitchen.

THE KITCHEN
A few steps down to the lower ground floor, you’ll find a large, open-plan living/dining area with exposed brickwork. Complete with an island bar and stools, classic ESSE stove, dining table to seat eight-ten guests, a sofa and doors on both sides that fold all the way back to create an amazing west-facing open space on summer days.

THE GARDEN
The kitchen leads out onto the patio area which hosts outdoor furniture to seat six guests. Towards the back is a lovely kept lawn area.

THE UTILITY ROOM
Located on the first floor and has a washing machine and dryer.

MASTER BEDROOM
Located on the second floor, this stunning, open room has large bay windows, a king size bed, fireplace, and built-in wardrobes.

MASTER BATHROOM
Featuring a rainfall shower, gorgeous standalone bath, twin sinks, fireplace, WC and chair.

NURSERY ROOM
On the third floor, this sweet room has a cot, cabinet, little terrace, and single bed perfect for a child.

CHILD’S ROOM
On the fourth floor is a beautifully decorated room featuring a single bed, fireplace, wardrobe, books and toys.

DOUBLE BEDROOM
This elegantly designed room has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, chair and dressing table.

THE BATHROOM
Complete with a bath/shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

TOP FLOOR BEDROOM
Up onto the top floor you’ll discover a naturally lit bedroom with a king size bed, sofa and chairs, skylights, terrace area, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and en-suite. A double mattress can be prepared to accommodate an extra two guests.

TOP FLOOR EN-SUITE
A convenient washroom with a shower, basin and WC.

A beautiful house, great for a family stay. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and residential, but a few blocks south towards Brook Green puts you in the middle of pubs and shops, and halfway to Hammersmith, with all its shops and transit options.

The property management company, Veeve, was incredibly helpful throughout the stay. They had a representative waiting for us immediately at the property upon arrival and walk us through the house. She was also helpful in assisting us with connecting to WiFi as it was initially turned off. The house guide was also incredibly helpful in understanding how to operate the washer/dryer, locks. windows, and doors as some of these weren't very intuitive.
