À propos de ce logement
Our house is on two floors, plus a tavern and two large stone terraces, from which you can admire the beautiful alleys of the Baroque town of Soleto, the church tower, from which radiating a myriad of alleys where time seems to stand still.
The ceilings of our house are vaulted, the typical local stone stairs and floors are old and restored as the Moorish tiles of southern Spain: they express a color balance that brings to mind the value of small things and their beauty.
At your disposal there are two bathrooms: one with shower, tile in delightful old rose 50s and a small bathroom. The dominant color of the kitchen is blue, interspersed with stones from orange wall and the color amaranth of the copper pipes that heat the house thanks to a precious pellet stove cast iron.
The bedroom on the mezzanine floor has two large beds for one and a half while the first floor features a bright bedroom. One of the terraces is equipped with table umbrellas and chairs for your breakfast or your cocktails at sunset, the terrace more 'up is ideal for sunbathing.
The town of Soleto is part of Greece of Salento: is located 18 km south from Lecce and is equidistant from the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea, halfway between the beautiful cities of Otranto (25 kilometers) and Gallipoli (24 kilometers) with their clear water beaches, are rocky, sandy now.
Every detail of our house is very accurated: from the wooden shutters and stone restored and maintained as they were originally, choice of antique chandeliers to maintain the atmosphere gently nostalgic, air conditioning available in two bedroom bed, the cable TV and a washing machine.
Our house is easily accessible by car and free parking is available at a maximum distance of 150 meters. Flying to Soleto is easy and cheap: the closest airport is in Brindisi where many low cost flights run and with the formula fly and drive in 40-45 minutes by car you will be at our house. On the highway, instead, the recommended exit is Lecce, then follow directions to Gallipoli.
