We have invested a lot of time in making 306 a homely apartment so we expect our guests to take great care during their stay. No wild parties please!

The apartment is in a block so it is essential to respect the neighbours and be courteous. As well as the apartment itself the communal areas must be kept clean and tidy.

The apartment is spacious and fully equipped for four guests only. We do ask that no extra people join you on your stay.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING, PARTIES OR PETS.

If any of the house rules are breached it will result in ending your booking early and your deposit being withheld.

Well equipped apartment (down to a nutribullet and dualit toaster!) plus lovely added extras such as milk in the friend. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely flat, great location within easy walking distance of the city centre. Secure underground parking accessible by a car lift that was easy to use (we hadn't used one before). The flat is even better than the photos suggest, lovely welcome pack and fresh flowers on arrival. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had great appliances including a Nespresso machine with coffee pods supplied. Excellent value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great place. Thank you.

An excellent modern apartment with all modern equipment and tasteful decoration. Fully to be recommended. Car parking VERY secure although requires rather lengthy negotiating. Fully to be recommended.

Second stay at Emma's apartment. Would happily have stayed longer and more than likely will stay again if available when we next stay in Norwich. Spacious and very comfortable, and very handy for transport links. The main attractions, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Also very handy for Carrow Road for any football fans ! Would definitely recommend.
