Takeshi will be at the office everyday on hand to help you with anything you need. He can give you directions, a map of the city, suggestions of what to do. Also we are able to help with hiring of motorbikes or cars, guides, arranging hotel stays in other parts of Nepal if you’re interested or arranging treks, white water rafting or anything can be done through our airbnb.
Nepal is a country where resources like electricity are precious, sometimes there are limited hours in the day to use electricity. We can let you know when this is happening before you visit. We have installed solar powered light bulbs in the house to help alleviate the problems caused by having no electricity sometimes. Often in the summer time it is not a problem, we only ask our guests to be aware that sometimes this can happen.
If you're a smoker you are welcome to smoke on the balcony of the bedroom or on the roof terrace.

I have been travelling around the world and met a lot of wonderful people that way. Some of the most wonderful people I met are based in Kathmandu, Nepal. I had the pleasure of living in Nepal last year and trekking around Everest & Gokyo and also exploring the place by motorbike. Whilst staying in Kathmandu I stayed in this apartment which was really great as it is in central Kathmandu, which meant I could walk around the city very easily. Although walking around Kathmandu isn't for the faint hearted!
Currently I'm living in the UK and have started up a travel company with a Nepali high mountain guide, and we're taking people from all around the world to the Himalayas so they can do whatever it is they want to do, trekking, rafting, flying the the smallest plane in the world around the highest peaks in the world or going on a spiritual retreat, a yoga/trekking tour of Nepal and many many more kinds of unique trips!
The aim of hosting on Airbnb is to allow many people to have a wonderful time staying in Nepal. I'd like to make sure that everyone who stays at the apartment feels comfortable and safe, plus also goes home saying wow I wasn't expecting it to be that good!
