IMPORTANT: Only 1 car per room booked, PER HOA MUST PARK ON STREET DURING THE DAY AND MUST PARK ON DRIVEWAY BETWEEN 1-6 a.m. You might have to park in front/behind someone else. If you are going out at night you will park behind and will have to move car when other guest needs to depart in the morning.
Youthful, modern and clean! Millennials love it! Very independent check-in process. Bed is short perfect for the average person, not suitable for +6ft tall people.

Keyless entry to the house. Due to space availability each bedroom can only accommodate one vehicle.
Dishwasher, shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, patio lounge area, pool. Please do not use dining table by fire place. There is one closer to the windows available for your use.
If you'd like to use the hot tub there will be a $15 additional charge for electricity and cleaning for the first hour and $10 per hour after.
There is also a fire pit available in the patio, and a fireplace in the living room that you can use for $10/ hr.

I am polite and I like to keep things clean for your enjoyment and mine. The best way to communicate with me is through the Airbnb messages or text. I am not reachable Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm.
If you book our house on the weekends please be aware that we might have friends over. Thanks!
• Check-in anytime after 3PM.
Check out by 11 am, no exceptions.
•NOISE : please be aware that we use our loud NINJA OR ESPRESSO MACHINE in the morning, anywhere from 4-9 a.m. (Not available for Airbnb guests ;-) )
•Please no cooking after 7 pm. Absolutely no frying inside the house. You can use the stove top of the grill outside, but not the grill.
•Please do not use the refrigerator in the kitchen, there is a mini fridge in the Living room available for AirBnB use. If you need additional space, there is a refrigerator outside, long term booking use refrigerator outside please.
•Due to space availability each bedroom can only accommodate one vehicle. There is no overnight parking on the street, must park on driveway between 1-6 am, per HOA. Therefore you might have to park in front or behind someone else. Please send me arrival and departure time so I can coordinate parking.
•In order to keep our prices low we ask you to please use in the morning only before check out. ONLY ONE LOAD allowed per night booked. USE WASHER ON AIRBNB CYCLE (26 minutes) and cold water. High Efficiency Detergent ONLY. Detergent not included.
•Please stop use of TV in the living room before 9:00 pm. Sunday-Thursday.
•Please no conversations in the common areas (kitchen or Living room, pool etc.) after 9:00 pm. Sunday-Thursday. Midnight on Friday and Saturday.
•No excessive use of alcohol. No underage drinking.
•No loud music or screaming.
•No use of drugs permitted, including Cannabis!
•No overnight/outside guests.
•If you'd like to use the hot tub there will be an additional charge for the fist hour ($15 in the summer $25 in the winter, must be paid before use, for electricity and cleaning) and $10 per hour after.
•Pool and hot tub closes at 9:00 pm. Sunday-Thursday. Hot tub need a minimum of 1 hour to warm up.
•There is also a fire pit available in the patio, and a fireplace in the living room that you can use for $10/ hr.
•There will be a $50 fee for damaged or stained bedding/towels/carpet for either replacement or dry-cleaning.
LONG TERM BOOKINGS
We are more strict with long term bookings and will strictly enforce house rules.
•if you pay a discounted fee for a long term booking. The same rules and rates apply. Long term bookings do not not include breakfast, laundry detergent snacks or water, condiments, etc.
Cleaning included every 2 weeks, but you are still expected to contribute with house chores from time to time (i.e. taking trash out, taking recycle out, putting dishes away etc.)

My name is Astrid (I am from Guatemala) and Alejandro is my husband (he is from Costa Rica). We both moved to TPA in the early 2000's and have lived all over the U.S. ever since (examples: TX, FL, IL, TN, etc). We are both Chemical engineers working in the Oil & Gas industry and we are crazy about fitness and healthy eating as well as traveling. We are easy going but picky when it comes to cleanliness, so we guarantee a clean house for your stay.
We both have busy schedules with work and school. Alejandro is completing his MBA at Pepperdine University and I work as a Body Pump instructor a few times a week after work.
