À propos de ce logement
One bedroom condo is a 885 sq ft home on the lake that can house UP TO 6 people. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed with its own full bathroom. Also, the Suite has a bunk bed with two single beds atop each other in an alcove, and a sofa bed with a queen-size bed.
This suite is located in Blue Heron Beach Resort, a luxurious condominium that is nestled on the banks of Lake Bryan, less than one mile to the entrance of Walt Disney World! The view is amazing; the living room and patio overlook the resort pools and Lake Bryan. Beautiful morning view of sunrise with your coffee. The suite also has a full kitchen, dining area and two full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, pots and pans, microwave, oven toaster, full set of knives and even a blender for making smoothies! There are six sets of plates, saucers, bowls, cups and cutlery. In-suite amenities include TVs with DVD players, high speed internet, washer and dryer and Jacuzzi-jetted tub in the master bath. Resort amenities include two heated pools, a kid's pool, an outdoor hot tub, fitness center, game room, access to the miniature golf course adjacent to the hotel, and water sports available from our own docks on Lake Bryan. Parking is free. The full service concierge downstairs can help you with attraction tickets and/or restaurant reservations!
It is located just ONE mile from the entrance to the Walt Disney World! In addition to our immediate proximity to Disney World, it is also just four miles from SeaWorld and their new water park, Aquatica. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are 5-10 minute drive. The Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, just one mile from the front door offers discounted merchandise from some of the world's most recognizable brand names. My Suite is in the midst of Lake Buena Vista, the primary tourist area where you'll find hundreds of restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

A few things immediately around the condo:
There is a Walgreens immediately across the street from the condo if you need a few small things and don’t want to go spend more than 30 seconds getting them. Walgreens has a few things for food and snacks, but is limited since it doesn’t have any fresh fruits, for example.
Also, without having to cross the street, immediately beside Blue Heron HQ is a Starbucks, no more than 100 steps from the entrance. It’s a great place for a morning coffee. When I’m in Orlando, I’ll buy small bag of coffee to go with the coffee-maker that is in the unit. There is also a Subway next door, which can be for a quick bite. Alongside Subway is a cellphone store, which serves all the major US providers.
Additionally, there is a Dunkin Donuts next door. Attached to it is a CiCi's Pizza!
Immediately in front of Blue Heron Beach Resort is the popular Hawaiian Rumble Miniature Golf! It's great for winding down and having some fun without having to leave the property!
Vineland Avenue is VERY close by, less than 2 miles from Blue Heron and a shopping outlet is there. There is also a Premium Outlet mall called Prime, located at 4949 International Drive. This is about 10 miles away and has a LOT of stores, very high end to middle-end. Located just two minutes down the street from Prime is the Millenia Mall which is a very nice mall that houses a number of premium brands and is in-door, unlike the two outlets I previously listed. If shopping is something you’ll be doing, the three of these will be solid.
There are many attractions near-by, as previously stated, including Downtown Disney, which is just six minutes from Blue Heron. It’s a great spot for an after-dinner or late-night stroll. There is a lot of music and activities to see (although the later you go, say after 9 or 10pm, the less public activities, like musical shows, singing, etc, there are). This is a great place for both children and adults. There are some great attractions and live music and entertainment, along with alluring Disney stores, and a few rides.
There's never a shortage of things to do in Orlando. Especially this area. SCROLL down to the bottom of the page to the map and see a handful of surrounding attractions.
LESS than one mile from the Walt Disney World Theme Parks! The world’s most-visited entertainment resort spans roughly 30,000 acres, encompassing four theme parks, two water parks, five golf courses, and the Downtown Disney Area.
There’s no shortage of things to do here: begin your day at Magic Kingdom Park by boarding Space Mountain Attraction, a rocket-shaped three-seater that climbs to 180 feet before entering a deep black tunnel and racing past stars, satellites, and constellations. After that, ride past the ghastly goofballs inside The Haunted Mansion. For dinner, head over to Epcot to sample cuisine from Morocco, Mexico, France, Italy, and several other countries at the World Showcase.
As one of the most popular family destinations in the world, sunny Orlando is home to other theme parks including Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando.
Currently, I'm doing property management on the side for a few properties I own.
I have family in Orlando I love to visit whenever I can. Disney was a dream for me when I was a child, and I'm happy to continue to visit all Florida has to offer; you can lose yourself in the entertainment that's provided in Florida, especially in Orlando - particularly within the 10 mile radius of where my condo (listed) is located!
I enjoy traveling, and, like everybody else, I don't think I do it enough! I have my own business back in Halifax, Nova Scotia, that keeps me pretty grounded, but I intend to get out more and visit more places in the coming years!
