Raphaël and his family and friends spent one week in my house in Santa Margherita di Pula. I wanted that their stay was comfortable and pleasant, as indeed for all guests, I tried to support them as best as possible since their booking to their check out.
They arrived very late, so we met the guest at the airport giving the keys and giving the directions in detail to reach the house comfortably.
Once arrived, we've noticed that they were two people in more compared to those at the time of booking but it was not a problem for us as the house is big enough.
The following morning my mother went personally to assist guests showing the house and giving all the details and the house rules but Raphaël and the others were not interested and told my mother they had to go to the beach.
The day before check out we called the guest to report that, as previously anticipated, at that condominium there is a separate collection of rubbish and it is possible to collect the garbage only from the municipality means of transport but they leave ALL THE GARBAGE WITHIN THE GARDEN.
Regarding the check out, the person in charge with it, was waiting outside the house in order that they could prepare everything without any pushing but evidently they have failed to get this kindness.
With reference to the garbage I had to call a municipality transport in order to collect it on purpose and I had to pay for it Eur 150. At final I decided don't go ahead with this request on Airbnb because, as everyone can see from the other reviews, this is an isolated case and as of today I had a bad experience only with Raphaël and family/friends.
I just can see that this work will continue to give me satisfaction with nice and polite guest as have always been my guests ..
