We are 2 friends, myself Mithila, originally from India; fell in love with Nepal when I first came in 2012. It was my dream to set up this bed and breakfast since 2014, and now I finally have it and am loving every bit of setting up. I am an avid traveller, a wanderer and am very happy to finally be a host on airbnb (you can view my reviews on my personal airbnb profile here; https://www.airbnb.com/users/reviews/27462273). I have hosted several travellers in my my homes in different countries through couchsurfing (URL HIDDEN) Professionally I am a photographer and move around often for work. By the way, I will also be conducting some photo walks for our guests.
My friend and my partner in this crime, Sanatan (aka Santa); whom I met last year April while we were volunteering for earthquake relief together for almost 2 months. We had a chance to get to know each other well and grew better as friends. While we both love to travel, we have different interests. Santa is a national level Archery and snooker player and is willing to give free archery lessons. There is space for anyone with any interests in our home :)

We are travellers ourselves, which the reason why we started this venture so we can meet likeminded people and of course we will be more than happy to help them explore and wander through this beautiful country in every way possible.
Also we plan to exchange souvenirs, so if you can bring us something from the country you are arriving from, we would love to send you away with something Nepali from our end.

We are 2 friends, myself Mithila & Sanatan (a.k.a Santa) hosting guests in our lovely home.
Personal: I am a photographer and I love to travel and meet people from around the world. I am a very curious person. I like to learn about other countries and their culture.
Perfection is boring to me. I like imperfect and unsafe environments, which make space for challenges. I aim to travel and lead a life that gives me an adrenalin rush and I intend to document all my journeys through my camera.
5 things I can't live without are travel, mountains, camera, music & books.
Philosophy: The risks that you don't take are the risks you regret.
Professionally: I am a social documentary/humanitarian photographer working with organisations like UNICEF, UNDP, USAID and many other development agencies in several countries across the globe. I also work on various commissioned travel, editorial and other commercial assignments and conduct photography workshops in several countries with different media collectives, corporates and students.
