Any apartment may only be used by the number of people registered at reservation.
The tenant agrees to treat the furnishings of the apartment carefully and immediately report any damage to the landlord.
The tenant is liable for all damages by him or his guests willfully caused.
The tenant agrees to abide by the house rules - in particular those applicable rest periods Vienna (22 clock to 6 clock).
All prices include electricity, heating, water and other operating costs. Included in the price is the sheer Room for rent - extra services such as regular cleaning service, the provision of food or the like are not offered!
Failure to observe the smoking ban will be charged in a non negotiable flat-expense in the amount of EUR 250,- by the owner
to the tenant or offset against the deposit.
