Centrally located in the old town of Palma, this attractive apartment has been reformed with charming character it is situated in a building with 4 neighbors and no lift. There are two bedrooms with double beds with wardrobes, the apartment has hot and cold air conditioning units.

Tastefully decorated bright and sunny with views to the street and neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped, next to the open plan dining/lounge.

The apartment has a lot of light and a total of 60 sqmetres, tastefully furnished and with attention to detail.

The apartment is situated in the famous of area calatrava next to the square of Plaza de Quadrado and Sant Francesc, ideal for people who want to live the old city of Palma. Close by is the shopping centre of Palma, El Corte Ingles, Supermarkets, and Boutiques. The famous market El Olivar is 10 minutes away. All the historical sights palaces, museums and art galleries are within walking distance, not forgetting the impressive Cathedral. Surrounding the apartment are many famous squares with coffee shops, tapas and wine bars and restaurants.

The central bus and train stations are also very close. Palma's beaches are 10-15 minutes' walk away, and arriving nearby beaches by local transport is easy.

Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.

The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.
Nearby beaches: 15 minutes from the apartment is, Can Pere Antoni against Gesa building, to 850mtrs Portixol Beach with its restaurants first line, bordering the bay.

Bars and restaurants every Tuesdays "Ruta Matiana" from 2,50 € tapas with a glass of wine or beer included. Recommendations: Molta Barra, S'ambigu, Ca La Seu, Quina Creu, Bar España and more, let loose and enjoy the taste.
Olivar Market ideal for getting lost in the smells and flavours, with fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, etc. a place to taste great tapas of fish or oysters with cava or Japanese sushi.

Underground parking open 24 hours in Plaza Mayor or plaza Guerreria or parking on the street.

Museum and Art Exhibitions. "Cappuccino" old Palace Café to enjoy the aroma of coffee or just read the news is located in San Miguel shopping street or square Plaza La Reina at the end of Es Borne.

Great apartment for a few days away. The location is great with the beach and old town being really close.

Nice apartment and great location- residential street in the old town within walking distance of the main sites. Light, airy and equipped with the essentials though we only used the kitchen for preparing breakfast. Ate out otherwise as prices were good compared to U.K restaurants. Communication and check in all very straightforward. Weather pleasant in April but we needed cardigan/jacket for evenings.

The apartment is really well decorated, great location next to some great bars, restaurant and the city. Nothing to complain about but we booked very last minute and would have loved a place with a bit of outdoor space, but that's not the fault of the apartment!

Great apartment in the heart of old town Palma which made it great to walk around to the markets, stores, beach and nightlife. Surprisingly quiet and secluded off the main roads so no disturbance at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay central in the city and doesn't mind being a few blocks from the water.

Claudia managed our late arrival, due to delayed flights, well. She is friendly and helpful. The apartment is well situated and quiet, and easy and quick walking distance to beaches, buses, restaurants and bars with plenty of choice. The apartment was comfortable and clean, everything works and is new. Liked the tiled floor. Happy to stay here again when next visiting Palma, probably next year.

Super clean and cosy apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay in Palma! The apartment is really close to the old center of the city, 2-3 min walking distance! A lot of nice bars and restaurants are around. I can really recommend the apartment and would definitely book it again! :)
